Situated in Breuil-Cervinia, this charming condo for $142 per night is a great choice for your next trip. the apartment is located in a residential complex of the 70s and has been completely renovated. it is located at 2130 meters above sea level and is on the ninth floor, in front it has an incredible view of the mountain arch and from the rooms you can enjoy the view of the Matterhorn and the forest that seems to enter the house. It is a large and bright three-room apartment, all in larch wood paneling. it consists of two bedrooms, the master bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and a large wardrobe, with a French window that opens onto the balcony, where sitting on a beautiful chest you can admire the Matterhorn. the other is the children's room with a sturdy bunk bed and a comfortable wardrobe. also from this room you can access the balcony overlooking the Matterhorn, there is a nice bathroom with a large hydromassage shower, ideal for resting after a day of skiing. In the bathroom there is also a washing machine and a small wardrobe hidden in a niche in the wall. in the living room there is a kitchenette equipped with a 12-place dishwasher fridge and 4-plate electric hob and a wooden table for 8 people. one of the two sofas is a sofa bed with a double bed. there is a cabinet with television and above all from the window you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the mountain arch. 30 meters from the entrance to the house there is the high sky chairlift with its beautiful black slopes! and in the complex below the house there are bars, restaurants and minimarket to avoid having to go down to the village and the shop that sells ski passes. There is a garage in use with the property and there are numerous parking spaces in front of the house. The town is about 800 meters away, a nice walk, but there is also a bus service. Ideal location for those who love peace and complete immersion in the mountains and woods

We had a week here in January. Really nice and comfortable apartment. The building is rather tired but works ok. The location is good for ski in ski out although not great for location to village. Bus service is poor so 20 min walk each way. Apartment gives good views and is warm and well kitted out. I'd go back but would consider taking a car.

Excellent apartment, setup for easy ski-in and ski-out to the slopes of Cervinia. Very comfortable and warm. Breathtaking views of the alps from the front window. In the ground floor of the building there's a ski-hire shop, a bar, small market and a restaurant - we all had a wonderful holiday. The only downside is no Wi-fi, so be prepared to use your phone data.

While the stay was everything we expected, the only comment would be that the lack of internet WiFi, these days, is unnecessary. Regards and all the best!

Nice apartment close to the slopes, perfect for a family. Small supermarket, restaurants and ski rental in the house. However location on HomeAway map is NOT correct, location is not in Cervinia village but up on the hillside, in Cielo Alto, about 1,3 km (and apx 100 m elevation) from Cervinia village. Peter

It was a little tricky to find but once we had met with the caretakers all was well. There is a short walk from the slopes outside the apartment to the main lift but it’s a minor issue as in the afternoon you can ski directly to the apartment building. The property was extremely warm, well fitted out with lots of cutlery and crockery. There are 4 hobs and a microwave with a fridge and kettle. The shower was excellent, lots of hot water and there is even a washing machine in case socks run low. The beds were comfortable and lots of hanging for ski kit. There is a boot locker outside the flat and a ski locker by the main doors. It’s all very convenient and comfortable and we would happily stay there again. There is a small shop and a couple of restaurants at the lower entrance but not much fresh fruit or veg but perfect for salami and cheese. If you can get it try the Monte cheese. The resort was great for intermediates with lots of red and some black. We had a ski into Zermatt but it’s divided up into individual valleys and the connections in Cervinia and Valtournenche make for a better day. The glacier had excellent snow in Mar/Apr and follow run 7 for a long 20 minute ski into Valtournenche. There were virtually no queues and even the main lifts took no more than a few minutes to get onto. We slept 5 comfortably and there was enough room around the table and in the sitting room.
