Räume in einer Ikone der modernen Architektur. Sehr gepflegt. Kleiner Balkon mit Blick aufs Matterhorn. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

One of the best hotel experiences we have. I'll list the most important here.
Location: so so convenient!! It is about halfway between the town and the main cable car, so it is maybe 2-3 minutes from the cable car station, and also about 1-2 minutes from the town center. There is a staircase to the right of the property that leads straight down to the town's pedestrian zone, super quick.
Facilities: Classic ski lodge feel, but with modern conveniences. Not large, but enough space for our needs.
Breakfast: Super good and complete. All the healthy European breakfast choices are there. Simone will make sure to custom the breakfast just the way we prefer it. The breads were fresh, and the croissant was buttery and super yummy.
Staff (last but not least): Simone is not just a great host, he is just a great person all around. Of course he made sure everything was wonderful and comfortable for us from lodging standpoints, but he was far beyond that. He genuinely likes people. We had a great time getting to know Simone and consider him a friend.
All in all, we'd love to come back!!
Need to bring our suitcases down a bunch of steps to the property and back to the car when checking out. That said, Simone helped w the luggage :)
