Perfect location, accommodating staff, exceptional breakfast, comfortable rooms, reasonably quiet
The initial room I booked had a weird smell coming from the bathroom, potentially from not being aired out properly or something, but the staff were quick to switch me to another room of the same type that was totally fine. Beware there is a rather aggressive church bell tower chiming every 30 minutes or so from early in the morning to 11 pm, but this affects every hotel in Cervinia.

Everything. Location was perfect, lovely building, room was exactly what I wanted for a ski holiday, breakfast was amazing, staff were exceptional.

Only that it’s centrally located.
We weren’t happy with our stay.
Parking was limited. Transparently would be helpful.
Breakfast was a joke - very disappointing. Some pre-packed snacks with very little fresh food.
No variety of foods items both days, which made me question the freshness of the breads and stuff like that.
The facility is outdated. We got with uncomfortable bathroom facilities (shower & toilet). Balcony wasn’t cleaned.
