About this apartment rental
This superbly renovated 2nd floor apartment is equipped and furnished to an extremely high standard in a contemporary style with high ceilings. All appliances are new.
The apartment has two bedrooms, the master is a large room with a king size bed, en suite bathroom which has a large walk in shower newly installed in 2022 with a rainhead shower and wc. The second bedroom is a twin, with a built in wardrobe, and en suite bathroom with a large shower and wc. The apartment has air conditioning throughout and all windows are double glazed.
We have installed an open plan kitchen/dining area with a dining table that can seat 6. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who want to cook, and there is a fridge/freezer, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also an iron and ironing board.
There is a balcony to the front of the apartment which has a table and two chairs, perfect for croissant in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening whilst taking in the view of the sea.
The comfortable living area has a TV, DVD player, Bose IPod dock system, Amazon Fire tv stick and Wi-Fi. This part of Nice has 4G, and we are hoping for fibre optic broadband to be installed into the building shortly.
The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the Carre D'Or, which has most of the designer shopping in a pedestrian zone, plus a huge number of cafes, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
It is just a few minutes of a walk to the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. The old town and the central railway station are very close and within easy walking distance.
Beach mats are provided but you may wish to bring your own beach towels and inflatables.
This apartment is perfect for a family, and a baby monitor, high chair and travel cot are available, but you would be required to bring bed linen for the cot. An apartment for 4 persons with both bedrooms being en suite is a rare gem, but this makes it absolutely perfect for two couples as well as for a family.

This was an amazing rental property! The location put us right in the heart of all the restaurants, attractions and beach spots Nice has to offer. The apartment was clean and up to date in terms of furnishings and decor. The balcony offered a perfect vantage point for people-watching and soaking in the ambience of the Carre D’ Or! Rent it. You’ll love it!

I wanted a place somewhat central/a tad closer to the beach, clean, modern, with a balcony I can sit and enjoy a snack, and I got all that here! I could see the ocean from the balcony and that was just lovely. The street is pretty quiet (Im a light sleeper) the bed was comfortable (I slept in the main bedroom), nice shower. Bedrooms and living room had separate AC units. The host offers beach tower, chairs, umbrella, matts - which made my beach experience easy & delightful. Nona, was a wonderful host. Provided me with any information I needed and she speaks fluent English (thank goodness for me) Oh! there is an amazing bakery just across! also a supermarket 2 minutes walk. Bunch of places to eat. 5 minutes to the beach. 15 minutes to the main train station (the one that takes you to other cities such as Cannes, Menton, etc) The city tram station is 5 minutes away. I actually took the tram from Nice airport to here and then walked for 5 minutes to the apartment - this cost me 1.75 euros!!!! took 25 minutes total travel time. incredible! This was easy for me travelling with a carryon luggage and a knapsack. If I had kids and/or more luggages I would have taken a taxi. In conclusion, this is a lovely place to stay in. its on the 2nd floor and there are windows in both bedrooms and of course in the living room (I love natural light so this was great for me)

We had a wonderful time at this VRBO. Check in was smooth, communication and support with excellent while we were there. The place has everything you need to cook, sleep well and relax. It is in an excellent location.

Very spacious apartment in great location to easily enjoy all Nice has to offer. The apartment was very clean and immaculately presented, as well as being fully equipped. There is a great bakers shop within 30 metres and a supermarket within 100 metres, and every time we went out, and headed in a different direction, we discovered a restaurant we would like to try. We would have no hesitation in recommending it, nor in going back to stay again. Excellent
