Located on the 1st floor of a sevillian house from the beginning of the 20th century, located in the historic center of the city. Perfect location for any tourist activity in the center of Seville, 10 minutes walk from the main attractions. Perfect place to spend a few days in Seville. Accommodation Cozy apartment on the first floor without elevator of a sevillian house with much flavor. It has two bedrooms with two single beds joined (90 + 90 cm.) Each with fitted wardrobes and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, and it also has a TV. It also has a sofa bed in the living room for two people. The kitchen (integrated to the living room), is fully equipped with appliances and all kinds of utensils. Being a house of the early twentieth century does not have an elevator, in exchange you will enjoy the charm of an authentic Sevillian building. Traditional elements such as high ceilings and restored original windows stand out, combining with more modern and functional elements such as furniture or equipment in kitchen and bathroom. It has central air conditioning and heating. Ideal accommodation for 4, 5 or 6 people looking for spaciousness in their stay, comfort and typically Sevillian housing. Exterior windows have double glazing. Great location to enjoy the Holy Week in Seville. Every day of the week you can see guilds around the house. In the week of Fair there are buses that carry and bring directly next to the apartment. The neighborhood Its strategic location allows you to discover the city comfortably. Very quiet street, but a few minutes from the most popular and busy areas of Seville such as Plaza de la Encarnación (Metropol Parasol), El Salvador and Plaza Cristo de Burgos, Alfalfa, etc. It is located 5 minutes from the Cathedral and the Alcazar, also 5 minutes from the Santa Cruz district. Very lively area with many shops, supermarkets and bars around. Bus stops 1 minute away to get to any point of the city. How to get around Seville is a completely flat city and highly pedestrianized, so the best way to get around is on foot and with quiet, strolling. Bicycles can also be hired. Since this is one of the cities in Spain with the highest number of bike lanes. There are also many taxi and bus stops close to the apartment, but being located in the heart of Seville the best is definitely forget the car Other highlights A few 400 meters away there are two public car parks (Escolas Pias and Imagen). At 150 meters there is a bus connection (Plaza Ponce de Leon) to all parts of the city. Possibility to stop by taxi at the entrance of the building. Amazing apartment, beautifully finished and will all the amenities we could ask for, made us feel like home. Curro and Maria were outstanding hosts, they even have a booklet they prepared to share food, dinning and places to visit, no need for anything else!! When I com e back to Seville will stay at this place again for sure!!

This apartment was so beautiful, clean and large. The two baths were very nice and the bed extremely comfortable. It was just the two of us but 4 to 6 would be comfortable here. Carro and Mar met us, explained the neighborhood and had lots of great recommendations for restaurants and interesting things to do in beautiful Seville. Would stay here again. Don't pass up this truly magnificent jewel in tbe heart of Seville!

This apartment is absolutely wonderful. The location is great, and it is extremely comfortable. But, what makes it exceptional is the effort the owners put into making it comfortable and homey. They obviously love their city, and they provided us with many, many wonderful restaurant recommendations as well as directions to the different sights and ideas for things to do. This was our first time to Sevilla, and we couldn’t have had more welcoming hosts. They answered all of my emails very quickly and allayed any concerns we had.. I cannot recommend this apartment more highly! It was just awesome!!!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment for a week. It is beautifully furnished, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. There is a clever mix of 'Spanish' style touches and a state of the art kitchen area. All the essentials such as kitchen condiments and bathroom goods are provided. The owners who were absolutely charming provided some very useful maps of Seville and helpful tips for a rainy day. The apartment is well located near to a number of tapas bars, a supermarket and local buses. The wifi is superfast! We felt immediately at home in Seville and will return!

Good location, very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again! My only complaint was the coffee maker uses uncommon pods that we couldn’t find anywhere. It would be nice to have a small maker that uses regular coffee. We coffee drinkers struggled a bit!

We stayed at this lovely apartment for 2 nights in a very central location of Sevilla. The owners met us by a public parking garage very close to apartment, which made it easier to then walk to the apartment. The owners were very helpful in showing us the apartment as well as offering many suggestions on where to eat, shop etc. All nicely printed in a booklet. The apartment is lovely. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds, new bathrooms and kitchen. Stocked with staples such as dish detergent, soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms, some coffee etc. You can walk to the city centre in approximately 10-15 mins through the narrow streets of Sevilla. I would highly recommend this apartment and wished we were staying longer than just 2 nights.

Everything about this apartment was magnificent! The place was tastefully remodeled from ceiling to floor in June. It is spacious, with two bedrooms and two completely new, modern baths with plenty of towels and even soap and shampoo. It has a full kitchen, with a full sized stove, large refrigerator and clothes washer. Internet connectivity was reliable and fast. Location was great, in the center of activity. The owners couldn't have been nicer. This was my seventh rental over the past few years, and was by far the best.

Very nice apartment. Clean, recently refurbished in an excellent location. The owners are wonderful people, they helped us with any questions we had. I recommend this apartment if you go to Seville you wont regret it. Is in a walking distant to everything and near to very good restaurants.
