Nestled in La Verkin, this lovely house for $125 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Enjoy a serene and rejuvenating getaway at this recently remodeled vacation home. The spacious open-floor plan and comfortable furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere for families or groups. After a day of outdoor adventure, unwind in front of the Large HD flat screen TV in the living room. The fully stocked kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, while the comfortable beds ensure a restful night's sleep. Step outside and fire up the grill for a delicious evening meal in the outdoor dining area. Come experience the perfect blend of comfort and nature in this idyllic home. **Due to our climate we can occasionally during the hot months of the year have a high number of tiny sugar ants making their way into our home. We have the home regularly sprayed by a professional pest control company but really the only thing we've found to stop them is to use liquid ant baits once a colony starts making their way into the home. We do our best to keep our homes ant free, but unfortunately it is often the food/sugar that guests leave out on the cupboards during their stay that attracts them. Sugar ants are just something that we deal with on a daily basis here in southern Utah, including in our own homes. We do provide ant baits and instructions in our home in case any sugar ants begin to emerge during your stay.

This home was exactly as described and was an excellent place to call our home base for our visit to Zion National Park. The entrance to Zion and several restaurants are about 20 minutes away in Springdale, UT. This home was easily accessible and has plenty of room. The Owner of the property was very attentive and checked in several times prior to our visit and during our visit to ensure everything was as expected. We would definitely use this property in the future.

We loved our stay in this property, we were there for 6 weeks and it felt like a Home away from home. Very comfortable home and well furnished with everything needed. The location in LaVerkin was perfect for us. We love this area as it is perfect for exploring the parks and all of the beauty that is Southern Utah. We are golfers and enjoyed many rounds including Sky Mountain, Green Springs and the Palms in Littlefield AZ. We enjoyed great meals at the Stage Coach Grille, Pig’s Ear, Lupitas and Balcony One. We truly hope we will be able to winter in the area this coming winter and would love to stay at this property if available.

My family and I decided to go on a spontaneous trip to Zion over Christmas break. We found this home on VRBO and thought it looked perfect for our mini vacation. We were pleasantly surprised with how clean and cozy everything was. It was about a 20 minute drive to zion and had amazing restaurants within a 5 minute driving range. The owner communicated very well with us and made sure we got checked in ok. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home especially if you are planning a trip into Zion.

The house was located in a great area and it took us about 25 minutes to Zions entrance. We were happy we stayed away from the crowds in Springdale too. It was nice to come back to nice showers, nice beds, and a home away from home. We also enjoyed having dinner out at the Stagecoach grill. It was super busy, but the food was excellent and friendly customer service. Heavy portions of food, but so delicious. We highly recommend staying here.

Our family had an excellent stay at this LaVerkin home. Perfect location near local grocery/pharmacy/hardware/gas station. Road to Zion and Bryce just one block away. Home is newly renovated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner is super responsive and very easy to work with.

My group loved staying here. It was so clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. It is a short drive to Zion National Park from the house. Near the house was a great drive through coffee shop, grocery store, gas station, and places to eat. Communication was clear and helpful. If we were ever in the area again, we would definitely book here.

We stayed here as a family of 6. The house was spotless, very comfortable, and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked, and towels and toiletries were provided along with additional bedding. Outdoor patio was a nice space to get some fresh air. Easy drive to Zion NP. Great inviting house to come home to after a long day of hiking. Highly recommend!

My family loved our stay. Our vehicle was in the garage with a remote. The sleeping situation was cozy with comforters that my family wanted to get a few pair. Davis Farmers market was a staple for restocking food. It was Close by and had plenty of food to choose from. I talked to Tyler several times and the whole process was friendly and enjoyable. He was a great help. The drive to Zion was easy and maybe 35 minutes or less. It was much more expensive to stay in Springdale and this LaVerkin house is a great experience.

This home is clean and has EVERYTHING! Extra towels, pillows & blankets. The kitchen had all the extras; including salt & pepper, Olive oil, foil wrap, plastic wrap, extra disposable bags along with all the usual staple items. I felt safe and comfortable in the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.
