There were so many things I loved about the property. First thing, the host Heleni, was friendly and accommodating. The property is beautiful and so incredibly comfortable. It’s in the middle of farm land and horse properties. I feel fortunate to find it, I chose it for its proximity to Fiumicino airport and the pool. The house is beautiful and my room was so spacious and comfortable.
There is nothing I didn’t like.

Posizione molto tranquilla in mezzo alla campagna su una collina con vista mare. Camera spaziosa e confortevole. La signora è stata gentilissima e molto accogliente. Colazione ottima, tutto fatto in casa: marmellata e ciambellone di zucchine davvero super! Speriamo di poter tornare presto.
Niente! Avremmo solo voluto fermarci più a lungo!

Helen was an amazing host - very helpful with restaurant and things to do.
Bed frame was a little creaky and mattress a little firmer than what we are used to - but it was fine.

Beautiful B&B in country, perfect spot for our last night in Italy to rest before headed to airport. Exceptional breakfast with homemade everything starts with Heleni’s lemon, ginger, turmeric shot. Fresh eggs, cakes, marmalades, yogurt, preferred coffee. Honestly I wish we could have stayed for another week exploring the area!
Strong scented perfume smell of laundry detergent. Opening windows was very helpful and made for a pleasant evening.
