Robin war ein super Gastgeber! Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und nah zum Strand gelegen.
Enge Treppen, daher schwierig für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Beweglichkeit.

Wir sind direkt nett und freundlich aufgenommen worden nach der Ankunft. Der Betreiber war sehr bemüht uns alle Auskünfte mitzugeben, über die Lage, die besten Restaurants, Parkmöglichkeiten etc. Er war stets ein guter Ansprechpartner. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, das Bad ebenfalls und hatte eine ebenerdige Dusche! Ebenfalls positiv, kleines Duschgel + kleine Lotion. Am Zimmer war auch ein Balkon und man konnte abends noch schön draußen sitzen. Auf der Flurebene, zugänglich für alle Gäste stand eine Microwelle und ein Schrank mit Geschirr und Besteck, sowie Tee und Kaffee Pads. Das Zimmer hatte eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher. Das genutzte Geschirr konnte man dann draußen hinstellen und es wurde dann gespült wieder in den Schrank gestellt!! Ein super Service!! Ich würde jederzeit wieder hinfahren! Klare Empfehlung!!

In general it was clean and organized and the first impression was positive
Zandvoort is an amazing area and the time there was worth it
The boss was friendly
Tea and senseo coffee for free
Strange feeling of discomfort related to cold temperature in the evening when the heater stopped from 12/1 to 8 am. I am aware dutch philosophy is to switch off heater at night but as spanish guest sleeping in 15 or 16 degrees was too cold mostly when it is a pay stay. The manager said it needed to be fixed. My impression was a time controller established to save energy
Room wasn't taken care any day (trash for instance full for 3 days)..
