Located in York Beach, this charming house for $299 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Enjoy our 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath newly updated home that is located on a private road. An open concept, bright and sunny home that includes a laundry room, deck with grill where you can enjoy dinner and drinks with your family while the kids play outside on a private dead end road with no thru traffic. Its great for the kids to ride bikes and play catch. The home also has an outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Each bedroom has cable TV. There is free WiFi in the house. It comfortably sleeps 8. The driveway fits 4 cars. The home is just a short 5 minute walk to the bath house on Long Sands Beach. It is also close to the downtown area and Short Sands Beach. It is conveniently just a 10-15 minute drive to the Kittery outlets, downtown Portsmouth, NH and The Ogunquit Playhouse. There are many restaurants to choose from in the area.

This is an absolutely fantastic rental. Check in and check out process are extremely easy. The host is accommodating and responsive. Common areas are perfect for gathering and spending quality time with your group. Beds were decent and everything was super clean. The kitchen is well stocked with whatever you’re looking for. We stayed here in the winter so we did not explore the outdoors but we will most certainly be back!! What a great place!

Mike’s beach house is clean, located in a quiet location, offers a great layout for friends and family, and was perfect for our stay. Three mom friends and 4 kiddos ages 1-5. Mike reached out to let me know he was available if we needed anything. We were very happy with our stay and hope to be back in the future! Definitely choose this property, you will be happy!

We stayed here for a family wedding in September. Even with a hurricane, it was an amazing visit. The location is great, short walk to the beach. The owner was also super easy to communicate with.

The house was perfect. Short walk to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed, the house was spotless. Mike was a fantastic host. Extremely responsive and helpful. He made sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely rent from him again.

My family and I stayed in this unit and absolutely loved it. Mike, the host, was so proactive in his communication with us that we felt welcomed before we'd even arrived.
Once we got to the unit we were even more impressed. First off, the location is amazing. Just minutes from anywhere you'd want to go in York. If you open the windows you can hear the waves.
Second it's just such a cozy place! The beds were all super comfortable. The couch in the living room is among the comfiest I've ever sat on. The kitchen is well appointed and clean.
Sincerely one of the best places I've stayed in a long while and we'll definitely be back!

Myself and three other friends were able to have a mamas’ weekend away in celebration of our friend getting married in October. We bought matching pj’s, did face masks and watched a movie while snacking on ice cream sundaes! The house was perfect for our weekend! Communication was incredible, the home was immaculately clean, and the space was perfect! It was a very short walk to the beach and close enough to restaurants and shops! I would highly recommend booking your next getaway here!!!

Mike was great about checking in with us before and during our stay by text to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean and cared for. Quick walk to the ocean, just wished it wasn’t raining! It was perfect for a graduation weekend.

The property is very clean. The layout of the house is a little awkward, but we easily adjusted. The beach is easily accessible. The owner is very accessible and helpful. The house is convenient to Kittery, Ogunquit, Cape Neddick AND a grocery store.

Our group of five had an amazing girls' getaway weekend here in early November. The house was perfect: quiet, clean, spacious, bright, comfortable: everything we needed. And the proximity to the beach was wonderful! It really was just a short walk, and we sat and watched the waves and the surfers (there was an extra high tide when we were there and some great action) and basked in the sun, wrapped in our jackets and blankets.
The kitchen was well-stocked, with plenty of dishes and pots and pans which were in good condition, as well as lots of basic staples (salt and pepper, oil, etc.). I don't think we ever did find any zip-lock bags or saran wrap, so you might want to bring some of your own, unless we just weren't looking in the right spot! I could have asked, but I never thought of it : )
We sat and talked for hours on the super comfy sectional, we played board games and laughed our heads off at the dining room table, we were toasty warm as soon as we wanted to be with the central heating, and all in all we had a truly wonderful time.
Mike was super easy to work with. The one time I had a question, he responded super fast and gave us exactly what we needed. After the visit, when I mentioned some issues with a couple of the upstairs beds (a saggy mattress on one, and a squeaky box spring on another), he responded and said he would address the issue right away.
Because we were coming just for a weekend in the off-season, he generously told us we could check in early on Friday (although none of us could get there that soon) , and offered us late checkout on Sunday too (which we gladly took full advantage of!).
We had a wonderful weekend, and would not hesitate to return to this exact same place if we ever get the chance.

My daughters and I always take a weekend in September for a girls weekend away to Maine. A chance to relax, shop and eat out. Mike’s house was so clean and comfortable. He was extremely accommodating to our needs. The couch in the living room and the beds were very comfortable….we enjoyed our kcup coffee choices that he left for us. Nothing like enjoying a cup of coffee while walking on the beach only minutes away from Mike’s house. We would highly recommend you spend some time there…
