This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group) CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD • If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund. • If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply. All cancellations are to be received via email. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our full cancellation policy. BEDDING CONFIGURATION Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed, walk-in robe and generous ensuite Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed and walk-in robe Bedroom 3 - 2 x Single Beds All bedding and bath towels are provided KITCHEN, DINING, LOUNGE The open plan living, dining, kitchen area is open and spacious with direct internal access to the double garage. The kitchen is modern and well equipped so the perfect place to entertain. There is a small TV room should not everyone want to watch the same thing or just relax with a book This property has WIFI. HEATING & COOLING The property features ducted split system heating and cooling. BATHROOMS There is an ensuite to the master and a separate family bathroom which features a bath and a shower. OUTDOORS There's an excellent undercover entertainment area with a built-in BBQ and a secure, fully fenced private backyard. PET POLICY This property has a strict NO PET policy. LAUNDRY A full laundry is provided complete with washing machine and dryer. PARKING The double garage has internal access to the dining area and there is room for another car in the driveway if required.

Beautiful home in a quiet part of Bright. Ideal for a girls getaway. Very clean & comfy beds. Was a cold wet week - the heating worked well & we were grateful for the drive up garage with internal access. Nice touch having Foxtel & wifi. Things to be aware of - shower pressure non existent. Very little hot water. No hairdryer. Elaborate coffee machine, but no coffee beans provided.

A wonderful place for our family holiday. A quiet spot in a stunning town. With 3 kids (aged 9, 6 and 0) the house offered everything we needed, plenty of space and super clean!

Great location and access to all that Bright has to offer. A few points that need addressing is the amount of cobwebs through out the interior of the property, no information book left out for visitors on the property and only one set of keys isn’t helpful for a larger group doing different things.
I’d still book here again
