There is a tennis court on property for your convenience. Get your family and friends together to BBQ on the grills under the shade of a Banyan Tree as you soak in the World Famous Maui Sunsets! This one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has been recently renovated with many upgrades throughout. The full size kitchen includes gorgeous granite countertops, new bamboo wood cabinetry, stainless steel top of the line appliances, full size washer/dryer. Bathrooms were completely upgraded with beautiful tile, granite countertops stand up shower with glass enclosure in the first bathroom and a tub in the primary bath. In living area features a pull out queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam bed. The entire condo has beautiful tile through including on the expanded lanai for relaxing. The unit has AC in both living and bedroom areas along with ceiling fans. While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The location was phenomenal, took us about 3 minutes to walk to the beach which was exactly what we wanted. The layout of the condo also worked well for us with two bathrooms and a separate bedroom since we were traveling with our baby. We would absolutely stay again!

Maui Banyan was a great experience! It became our comfortable home for two weeks. The condo was spotless with a very well equipped kitchen and beach accessories provided. The resort was maintained impeccably was very friendly and welcoming staff. And the location was right across the street from a beautiful beach, one of the recommended for viewing sunsets and snorkeling. It was also very centrally located, but not right in the thick of Kihei, which was nice. We look forward to returning!

Location excellent for beach-lovers. Descriptions accurate. Cooked at home a lot and was surprised at variety of utensils, both for grilling and home use. Also, attention to detail was above and beyond - down to colored washcloths for makeup removal! Impressive. Yes, we would recommend with one proviso - the lanai has both air-conditioners vented there against the glass (plexiglass?) so the hot air swirls and never leaves. You cannot enjoy being outside unless you turn the ACs off and wait a few minutes for the heat to dissipate. But a) you don’t spend a lot of time in the room and b) the owner probably doesn’t have a choice of location. Just something to be aware of.

Perfect home away from home. Close to shopping, restaurants, snorkeling coves, golf courses and endless sunsets. Impeccably clean- stocked with beach chairs, coolers, towels plus the bed was super comfy with perfect pillows and extra cozy blankets. We really enjoyed our visit and didn’t want to leave! Mahalo

This place was immaculate and tastefully decorated with all new appliances. Place was very well furnished with great showers and a great bed. I am a detailed person and was so impressed how organized everything was in the drawers. We were so comfortable here and perfect for our needs with respect to location to snorkeling spots. Would definitely stay here again! I'd give it a 6 out of 5 stars!

We had a great time in Kihei since we were right across from the beach and shops and restaurants were walking distance. So great to have two bathrooms and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

Had a lovely stay in unit H205 at the Maui Banyan in Kihei. Unit was clean, fresh, nice garden view as advertised. Amenities were used and appreciated especially the nice washer and dryer. We made full use of the cooler and beach chairs. Owner provided extra towels and a nice welcome gift when we arrived. Beach across the street was great and we even got some volleyball in.Minor recommended upgrade is the bedroom AC unit which was bit loud but we didn’t need it at night with the ceiling fan available.Would recommend this property for sure!

Everything was perfect about my stay. The condo had everything that I needed and was located conveniently next to shops and beaches. I loved being able to wake up, get a tea from a local shop and walk down the beach. Everything from booking, checking in and departing went smooth. I highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful condo! Location, parking, minutes to beach, beach toys, decor, cleanliness, comfy bed…everything was perfect!! We were worried about not having a water view. We had a view of our own private jungle outside and we left sliders open, (screen doors shut), fell asleep and woke to the sound of tropical birds and ocean waves! We hope we can come back to this same condo unit next year💕

Beautiful, easy access, a few steps to the beach ! I definitely would stay here again. Only thing is we got charge for a cleaning fee during booking yet instructions are to take your own trash out. Why the fee ?

1. A/C blows directly on the sofa
2. Very tight space
3. No recycle bins
4. Expensive, even considering New Year surge
5. Unhealthy welcome snacks. Better not to propose it or change to fruits or smth else

Check in was easy, and communications went well. The apartment was clean and the kitchen well stocked and organized, And there were some free local goodies. The AC was nice and strong as was the wifi. Parking was plentiful. I would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay in H205 at the Maui Banyan.The unit was well equipped except for a few small things such as No beach Umbrella (we bought our own at Costco rather than rent one from Guest relations),having stayed at the Maui Banyan a few times before as well as many other properties we were surprised. Purchase a Salad spinner, having no telephone was a surprise and should be an essential communication item in case of an emergency.Clear printed instruction for operating the Washing machine. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately we were unable to take our trip to Maui. While we were on our way a valve exploded on our water softener and sprayed water for 20 hours into the garage, laundry room and my office. We had to return urgently and take care of the situation. Fortunately we have great neighbors. Hopefully we will be able to take this trip of a lifetime in 2023

This was the perfect spot for just my husband and me! We loved the location and the beach across the street. Easy to access, close to lots of good beaches and restaurants, very clean and organized kitchen!

The unit was as described. It was really well equipped, clean, comfortable beds, and in a perfect location for walking to restaurants and shops. The pools were nice and clean and the beach is right across the street. There were beach chairs, towels and sand toys available in the unit. The only thing that wasn’t available in the unit was a beach umbrella, but we were able to rent one nearby for a reasonable price. We would stay here again.

Our stay was amazing. The condo was in excellent condition and very clean. We had everything we needed for cooking including some basic spices and a blender. Everything was brand new. The location was perfect with the beach a 1 minute walk. The A/C was nice at nice to keep us cool. The BBQ and pool area was extremely clean and looked new. The BBQs were deep cleaned every morning and looked like they hadn't even been used!We will definitely be staying here again!

This condo was perfect for our family of 3! The condo was stocked with everything you would need for cooking, bbqing, beach etc. Beautiful condo with plenty of space for our family of 3. The jetted tub made for a relaxing end of the day after a long day road tripping. Everything is walking distance which was awesome. The elevator was very convenient and parking was so close and conveniently stocked with shopping carts! The pool and pool area had plenty of bbq's to use. Highly recommend Maui Banyan. The one thing I would suggest management to add are coasters & placemats. We bought some to take home and actually used them at the condo. We will be returning and hope to book this condo again.

We had a wonderful experience at this newly renovated Maui Banyan condo. It is exactly as pictured in the posting. This condo is on the second floor and overlooks beautiful Maui greenery. It is just a 2 minute walk from the pool and the BEST PART, a 7 minute walk to the beach of Kamole Park II. Every day, we were able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset while taking a dip in the warm water and feeling the soft sand of the Maui beaches between our toes. This condo is located just 30 minutes of the OGG airport, a 45 minute drive to Lahaina, and 10 minutes to Wailea. The inside of the condo was clean and organized. It was included with two AC units (1 in the bedroom and the other in the living room), a full kitchen (stove, dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils, glassware), 2 bathrooms, a cali-king bed, a cot, a comfy leather couch, ample amount of bath towels, extra linens, beach toys, and, beach chairs, and the best part; a washer and dryer! I'm sure there's a lot I missed, but those are the highlights I can remember on the top of my head. This condo would fit a family of 3 comfortably. We were very pleased with our stay! Communication was clear and after we received the arrival instructions we never had to call for further assistance. The only issues I would like to bring up are: - the lock on the sliding door is hard to maneuver (open/close). - the parking instructions need to be a clearer. The spaces are all numbered. We thought each condo has a designated space. Turns out we can park in any space that doesn't have a "reserved" sign over it. - we wanted to use the bathtub so bad, unfortunately the plug didn't work. - since shoes are prohibited from wearing inside the condo, we would like to recommend a swifter wet jet to be included, especially for stays of 4 nights or more. Nonetheless, we had a great time and Mahalo for the hospitality!

There weren't any 9 volt batteries here. We bought one to replace the smoke alarm.
Also, the bathroom soap dispenser doesn't work.

Would love to stay here again. Property is clean and very well maintained; condo unit clean and nicely appointed. Appreciated having a second full bath. Nice pool onsite plus parking garage. Very close to restaurants and shops. Unit comes with beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, and large and small coolers. Would have liked to have a beach umbrella as well, but they were available for rent just a block away. Comfortable king size bed with extra towels and linens. Well appointed unit and quiet.
