Beautiful hotel in the middle of the rainforest, but perfectly located as a starting point for visiting the Iguazu Falls. The rooms were very clean and cozy, nicely furnished, with a very comfortable bed and an amazing shower. The pool area was also very nice, and the staff were very friendly.

The only point for improvement would be the breakfast, which could have offered a bit more variety.

This was an amazing hotel punches far above its cost. Great food, great restaurant and amazing staff.

Really modern, fantastic location. Clean, comfy and great views on the balcony.

The staff are very lazy in my opinion. Always on their phones, couldn’t care less about the guests. Asked for some fresh milk at reception, the man told me to go get it myself from the restaurant. His colleague was so shocked he jumped up and went to get it. The restaurant staff mixed, nice enough, just seem bored out of their heads. Travelled all over South America, this was our worst stay. Shame it’s a beautiful hotel. It was as If the manager was either not present or on vacation!
