El personal era joven, amables.
La ubicación es un poco alejada del centro, a unos 25 minutos caminando, pero puedes llegar en moto-taxi por 50 pesos. No hay lugares para comer cercanos, el hotel vende pizzas y algunas otras cosas pero no es buena la comida, mejor ir al pueblo. El wifi inestable, durante los 3 dias de estancia no limpiaron la habitación. Las cortinas son muy claras por lo que te llega la luz del sol muy temprano.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Room was good size with AC. Location is a bit off, so keep that in mind when you need food late at night. But you can easily get a motorbike taxi. Owner adopted a few cute kitties and a puppy 🥹

The staff are super friendly, they are very welcoming, funny and will do anything to help whilst we stayed there! We did not see them once without a smile on their face.
They also have a shop on site which is perfect for cold drinks and snacks.
The location wasn’t the greatest, It was a little walk to restaurants etc BUT we ended up really loving the location for what it was and probably would stay here again for its charm. The bathroom was a little basic, it would be better if they fitted in a hose/“bum gun” in there.

The first day when we arrived the window in the bathroom fell as we tried to close it! Didn't break and the guys fixed straight away but we didn't touch it the rest of the week. The water from the shower, that was a bit unpleasant first it's cold what doesn't really bother us, but then it's neither salty nor sweet, it's like a in between the two of them! We didn't love that
Apart from that issue, the location is great, close to everything especially to our absolute favorite shipwreck beach bar, but quiet at night since it's 5 min away (by scooter) from the center. We had a scooter for the week and you can rent it at the property. the staff is really friendly and they were super helpfull trough the chat as we had some complications getting into the island due to bad weather but they were texting me the entire time I needed assistance, they also have a shop right downstairs were you can get fresh beer, water, snacks and other small things that come really handy when you don't want to go in to town.
