Spacious apartment in a very central location, fully equipped kitchen including washing machine (no coffee machine but if you're into it loads of great coffeeshops nearby). Opening windows in lounge and bedroom much appreciated.
No real attempt at making it feel homely - a few pictures would go a long way. Slow leak in the boiler cupboard (reported so hopefully getting fixed) which has led to a mouldy damp patch in there - you don't notice unless you open the door. The lane has the bins for The Ivy so you do get a regular glass tipping clatter into the recycling in the evening - not a problem for us though. Duvet and linen middling quality.

the location was very convenient, although a bit loud at times (the glass bin as already mentioned by some of the reviews). it didn't feel unsafe though and it was easy to find. the property was clean, it had everything we needed for one night and it was quite big as well. the bed was quite comfortable.
the smell in the flat was weird and the windows didn't open, so the air inside felt very much not fresh. when we arrived, the bathroom smelled terrible but we ran the taps and it was fine afterwards so i think it was just the drains. there were some flies as well which was unpleasant. a bit pricey when considering all the above.

Central location, close to everything.
The stairs to the unit were steep with luggage. The nearby restaurants were noisy at night

Central location, spacious and clean flat, flexible check-in time.
Very noisy - not just because of its central location (that is mentioned in the description) but there're garbage disposal containers right under the (bedroom) windows (the apartment is on a back alley of a large building). It's quite disturbing waking up several times a night to shattering glass and/or the noise of slamming container lids - which went on 24/7.
The air ventilation output of the opposite building was also quite noisy - fortunately it was down for the night.
Also, it would've been nice to get some fresh air (I stayed 4 nights in the flat) but the windows were sealed (and quite dirty).
