Great location clean and tidy. Nice kitchen area.
We didn't use kitchen but everything seemed to be there that you would need to cook with.
In my opinion was not deluxe apartment. Was sparsely furnished with 2 small windows with no view at all. Also there was bad smell which I noticed as soon as we walked in. The smell was constant the 2 days we were there. It seemed to originate from the sink plug in the kitchen and was like a sewage smell. I don't know if this was caused by the system used.
when the toilet was flushed or the taps run the noise was awful. I knew about the noise as we were informed of this beforehand but didn't think it would have been so loud.
Also there was only one bedside lamp and a couple of scuff marks on the wall and skirting. Not what I would expect from a "deluxe" apartment.
There must be better apartments available according to the photos on the website.
We were in apartment 11 on 3rd floor.

Good sized, well furnished, well equipped, very clean apartment in a great location. Close to restaurants and bars, the waterfront is a 10 minute walk, as are the shops. Big, comfy bed. Great discount on parking. We would definitely stay again.
No dishwasher but not really a big issue. Bedrooms created by partition walls which are not full height so partially open at the top to the rest of the living area. Absolutely fine for a couple or family but two couples may find it a bit lacking in privacy. Some noise from the macerator but short lived and again, not really an issue.
