Bedroom was great size, with seating (sofa bed?), bathroom large, great shower, communal area with coffee machine etc was great, very good instructions given by check-in office, great location for arena, Piazza del Erbe etc
A bar of soap would have been good, but plenty of shower/shampoo sachets supplied

A localização é perfeita para visitar as diversas atrações do centro histórico de Verona. É possível ir a pé a todos os locais famosos.
A senha do Wi-Fi anotada no panfleto do quarto estava errada e com isso não foi possível conectar o celular na rede… não foi problema pois a TV do quarto já estava conectada com a senha correta então foi possível assistir durante a noite sem problemas.

Lovely central location, in the old town. Easy walk to just about anywhere
Didn't know our 'flat' was actually a bedroom/ensuite within a share flat. Tea/coffee, fridge in the downstairs communal area. Price is a little high for such a backpackers situation

The location was excellent, and quiet. The bedlinen and towels were nice quality.
Aircon wasn’t working! It was unbearably hot as it was mid 30s outside.
The mattress would benefit from a blanket or mattress protector on top of it as the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on as only the sheet covered the mattress.
Minor maintenance issues which would be easy to address: the shower head slipped down the riser bar so had to be hand held, the toilet seat was loose and wobbly, the plug on one of the bedside lights didn’t fit the socket so the light didn’t work.
