About this condo rental
Nestled in Lido di Jesolo, this attractive condo for $157 per night is a great choice for your next break. Do you know what does it mean to get out of the front door and put your foot on the hot sand? Here you can do. The sea is there in front, less than 50 meters. You have three bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms with bunk beds. In one of the two the bunk beds can be divided. We have a large living room with dining area and an open kitchen. Finally, two bathrooms, one complete with shower and another with only toilet and sink but very comfortable when the first one is engaged. Apart from this the useful laundry where there are a washing machine and a freezer and everything that can serve for example to iron a couple of shirts :-). Air conditioning throughout the house and wifi. Safety gates on the windows and armored door. Option of dining inside and out on the terrace. The terrace is about 30 square meters, it has just been renovated and equipped with sun tents. Restaurants, shops and event's areas and entertainment nearby. The children? you can leave them where you want, the beach is private! You have at your disposal, included in the price, a place reserved for you the beach with two lounge chairs, a table and an sun umbrella on the private beach service and other places in the large public beach. Parking - for one car - is inside the property. Beach places and parking are included. Also ideal for medium-long stays and for work teams and smart workers. One thing to say: the apartment is fully accessible for not walking people or wheelchairs, as there are no stairs and the few steps are very low. The puppies are welcome by prior arrangements with the owner. The apartment is CLOSED and not available from November 1 to the end of February each year and therefore not available for New Year's day.. Check-in between 19 and 22: 20 €. Check in between 22 pm and midnight: 40 €. The tourist tax in the municipality of Jesolo provides 0.60 euro cents per person (children under 12 years excluded) per day only for the first seven days. In the months of March and October the season has not yet started. In March there may be a green sheet on the private beach to prevent the wind from carrying the sand away. However, you can stay on the private beach and get to the public one via the various accesses to the sea. In March and October the season is very 'low' in Jesolo and not all services are active. NIceflat declines all responsibility for any disservices outside the apartment.

Im Ergebnis gut
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, nur ein Fußgängerweg zum Strand. Es gibt viele gute Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Die Klimatisierung der Wohnung ist sehr schön.
Die Ferienwohnung ist gut geschnitten, ist allerdings in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung hat die besten Jahre hinter sich. Als Folge hat es Mißverständnisse gegeben.
Gleich am ersten Tag ist der Wasserschlauch im Bad kaputt gegangen. Es gab anschließend unnötige nicht sehr angenheme Kommunikation mit Eigentümerin. Es wurde unter Berufung auf Aussage der rumänischen männlich aussehenden Putzkraft unterstellt, es sei alles in Ordnung gewesen. Im Ergebnis haben wir den Schlach selbst gekauft und ausgewechselt. Die Eigentümerin hat anschließend den Ersatz von 6,50 € vorgeschlagen, worauf wir allerdings verzichtet haben. Nach Auszug meinte die Eigentümerin, es sei noch ein Fuß an der Sofa beschädigt. Ein Anspruch wurde aber nicht geltend gemacht.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung um total zu relaxen.
Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt geeignet um den Strand zu genießen. Die Terrasse grenzt direkt an den Privatstrand an, welcher durch einen Zaun und ein Türchen vom öffentlichen Strand getrennt ist. Dadurch ergibt sich eine ganz eigene private Atmosphäre.
Die Anlage wird täglich gesäubert und aufgeräumt. Dadurch ist sie sehr sauber.
Die Wohnung ist optimal für Familien mit Kindern geeignet, da die Kinder jederzeit auch in die Wohnung gehen können, wenn sie keine Lust mehr zum Spielen am Strand haben.
Ein weiters Plus ist, dass die eigenen sanitären Anlagen jederzeit genutzt werden können.
Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

La cosa che mi ha colpito di più é che praticamente apri la porta e sei in spiaggia.
La casa è attrezzatissima per chi come me ha due bimbi piccoli ( dal riduttore per il wc, al lettino da campeggio, alle spondine per il letto , ecc...)
Il proprietario Michele é molto disponibile e gentile.

Ideal location for a family beach holiday
The apartment is an ideal location for a family beach holiday , its exactly as advertised and provides all the accomodation you need for a family of 4-6 people; if you plan to do a lot of cooking then the kitchen won't be for you , for us it was ok as we ate out every night and just had breakfast and snacks in the apartment. There is a snack hut right on the beach that the kids used a lot. The dedicated loungers and umbrella in the private beach area are great - there are also loungers and umbrellas on the beach for the apartments - so there's no fighting for a beach space. The beach and sea are ideal for kids.
The resort is very lively and has loads of bars , restaurants , amusements , crazy golf , ping pong and other attractions to keep you busy at night.
The ferry to visit Venice from Punta Sabbioni is a 20-25 min drive away (there is also a bus service) , the ferry takes about 30 mins to get to Venice and tickets cost 20 euro for adults and 14 euro for kids and that ticket lets you use all the waterbuses in Venice.
We had a great holiday here and would recommend it.

Consigliato a chi ama profumo e suoni del mare...
L'appartamento è spazioso e si trova a pochi passi dal centro, comodo ai principali servizi, inoltre, la cosa più affascinante è che si trova praticamente sulla spiaggia!

Excellent, séjour de rêve !
Les + : accueil excellent et propriétaire à l'écoute (Merci Michele) - sur la plage dans une ville très agréable - liaison facile pour Venise (25mn de voiture et 30 mn de bateau) - accès à l'appartement direct depuis l'extérieur (comme une maison) - terrasse - espace et équipement (chauffage et air conditionné dans tout l'appartement).
Les - : presque rien peut-être un lave-vaisselle qui serait apprécié
A noter : 2 chambres avec des lits superposés.
Séjour parfait (hors saison) pour 3 adultes et un labrador. En saison, l'accès direct à la plage privé et à la plage public en fait un hébergement idéal pour une famille avec enfant.
Merci encore à Michele pour sa gentillesse. Si nous pouvons nous revindrons.
A réserver sans hésiter.

Ferienwohnung in hervorragender Lage
Direkt am feinsandigen und sauberen Sandstrand von Lido di Jesolo liegt die Ferienwohnung von VeniceSplash, die wir, eine Familie mit 4 Kindern, im Oktober 2014 während der ersten deutschen Herbstferienwoche gemietet hatten. Obwohl das Wohnzimmer und die Küche recht klein sind, bietet das Appartment und die große Terrasse hinreichend Platz, insbesondere auch wegen des direkten Zugangs zum Privatstrand des Appartmenthouses und von dort zum breiten öffentlichen Strand. Das Appartment verfügt über alle notwendigen Ausstattungsgegenstände in Küche und Bad, ausreichend Geschirr für mehr als 6 Personen, einen großen Esstisch, eigene Sonnenliegen und sogar einen eigenen Internetzugang. Übernahme und Rückgabe des Appartments, der Schlüssel haben gut geklappt.
Herausragend aber ist die Lage in Lido di Jesolo mit schnell erreichbaren Geschäften und Restaurants, die Nähe zu Venedig und die Lage in der Region mit Padua und Vicenza als Ziele in weniger als 100 km Entfernung.
Bedauerlich, aber zu erwarten, war, dass von Mitte Oktober an viele Einrichtungen schließen, der Strand auf den Winter vorbereitet wird und Lido di Jesolo gegen Abend recht ausgestorben wirkt. Dennoch haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung an den letzten schönen Oktobertagen bei zuweilen noch 21 Grad Tagestemperatur genossen.

Eccezionale!
Una settimana passata troppo in fretta..casa perfetta, spaziosa e comodissima, anche per noi che abbiamo tre bimbi piccoli! Basta uscire dal cancellino e ci si trova nella spiaggia privata, e pochi metri ancora per arrivare al mare! Posizione favberow ideali, a 200 mt un fornitissimo supermercato, farmacia, panificio. .insomma il posto ideale dove trascorrere le vacanze a Jesolo! Ci torneremo sicuramente! Super consigliato!

"Très bel appartement, très bien situé et relativement bien équipé. Une remarque importante toutefois, en cette saison les deux premiers jours ont été humides et froids. "Appartamento di ampia metratura anni 70'' ben tenuto ma la cosa importante è la splendida posizione fronte mare 1 metro dalla spiaggia condominiale piano terra, chiosco appena usciti dal cancelletto direttamente sul lungomare di jesolo lido.
Dietro il complesso via interminabile di bar, ristoranti, sale giochi,farmacia,tabacchi,supermercato,etc.. tutto l''occorrente entro 100m.
