Great property, clean, big bedroom and air conditioning is great. Private parking. Kitchen is easy to use and lots of good equipment. Bunk beds and children's room is good. Lots of space to clean washing. The host is friendly.
Puglia is a great region to visit, and this property is a great base to explore the region and beaches.
No problems with the property itself. We found Barletta disappointing because:
1. The standard of driving is dangerous - if you are driving here, be very careful. People don't respect the rules or right of way (don't expect people to stop at roundabouts), people speed terribly, people flash lights at night even if you are safely overtaking other cars, and the 'tailgating' was scary to see (people inches away from the car in front and going well over 100kmh).
2. Litter. Too many people throw litter - some of the beaches were covered in litter and I saw people throwing litter on the floor. It's a beautiful place. It's sad to see how selfish some people are. You get litter everywhere but it's more than I've seen on holiday before.
3. Many places seem to shut on Sundays.

Large and comfortable apartment. Fully equipped. Very clean. Easy to pick up the keys.
The Wi-Fi could be a bit faster. The location is a bit far from the beaches.

Dichtbij de stad, ( 20 minuten lopen naar oude stad en kleine 20 minuten lopen naar het station, wij zijn met de trein naar Bari gegaan) Maria was super aardig. Alles was in huis. Fijn dat er een buiten keuken was!! Deze is op de woonverdieping en is een prima oplossing om kleine en eenvoudige maaltijden te bereiden.
Eigen afgesloten parkeerplaats en goed internet.
Om in de grote keuken ( die echt van alle gemakken is voorzien) te komen moet je een hoge maar zeer smalle wenteltrap af. De eerste keer was het wennen. Je moet niet met veel spullen deze trap op en af gaan. Daarom is de buitenkeuken ideaal als je buiten wil eten. Ik kan mij voorstellen dat zware mensen of mensen met kinderen deze, eigenlijk geweldige, accommodatie niet kiezen omdat voor hen de trap erg lastig is.

Muy limpio y con muy buen servicio de accesorios (menaje cocina, vajilla, secador del pelo...). Poder guardar el coche en el interior del recinto.
El acceso a la cocina muy complicado. Muchos mosquitos.
