We stayed in Unit 21.
Though the unit was clean, neat and looked nice, I did expect a few things I consider basic for accommodation in this price range (R 1830/n for the 3 room, 7 single-bed unit):
1. On arrival I had to request the electricity be turned on.
2. There was an awful smell in our room, this was a result of the water in the shower's P-trap having evaporated, allowing the smell from the waste system to come through.
3. The property has a serious invasive weed problem around the maintained area.
4. Needs at least a fan and dustbin in each room
5. No fridge for the unit (3 rooms)
6. No multi-plug adapter so that the TV and decoder can be used together.
7. Not enough cups and glasses for all guests.
8. Beds felt quite worn out and uncomfortable.
The above gives me the impression that the unit is sort of forgotten and only used when there are events with many guests, also that it hasn't been used in a while and wasn't gone through and checked thoroughly before we arrived.
