Worst place to stay

This was not a 4 star property. It was 3 star and it wasnt even like a 3 star The hotel was maintained very bad and water stinks.

Make the reception more spacious and attractive, at the entrance one gets very constricted feeling.

GOOD value for money.

Food. Amenities. Staff service but only after asking.

Mattress - they have excellent pillow top mattress but it was upside down which made my back sour badly, this is simply a blunder by Hotel Staff. The British plugs were in Bathroom whereas they should be near beds or table so we can use them since we come with BS plugs. Water was not there in room given after asking, kettle was given after asking, tea spoon wasn't there, given after asking.. if it is a 5 star hotel as they rate, it should all be in room.....

The management is pathetic, we already had informed them that we will be checking in early at 7 am however when we arrived they said as of now rooms are not available, once anybody will check out only then they will be able to provide room, also they did not inform earlier that there will extra 1000 rupees charges on early check in time. Top of that they did not even refund me 50 percent of my advance when I cancelled the booking. My experience was not good here may be for others there might be different and good experience. Thanks.

This is not a four star hotel. Cheating from booking.com and the hotel. This hotel is a normal 2sta

No place for keeping luggage. Tiny rooms Unfriendly staffs.

great stay

accessibility- property is situated at main road very near to ashram metro rooms-the rooms were good

slightly overpriced-it is slightly overpriced i think the deluxe room should be priced at what the standard room of this hotel usually is the usual price is around 3.5k which is a bit steep according to me

Exceptional

This place is clean and looked new. There are a few bus stations just a couple of minutes walk from the place. I was able to fimd a bus the next morning to the lotus temple

DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Bad neighborhood and location, terrible front office staff when I checked in on Sunday night. One of the staff was sleeping in room 106 and the same was given to my colleague! Here, they don’t know the meaning or cleanliness, courteous and customer service. Dirty sheets, towels, pillow cases, the bed bottoms out on touching, sticky floor, ac makes loud noise! Bathroom faucets etc. all dangling. Hot water only certain hours of the day. No windows, no view, TERRIBLE STAY EXPERIENCE

Except the helpful staff, nothing was good about the place

It wasn't as advertised, uncomfortable beds to a shady location, everything forgettable. It's not an experience worth having even once!

Even though the hotel is on main road, getting to hotel by taxi is not straight forward

only positive about this property is Location

firstly I like the property location, secondly the rooms were well organized seems to be a new property.

the mattress is very bad and hard to sleep, Geyser didn’t work after 11am. They didn’t clean the floor properly. Staffs were not customer friendly, so rude to everyone.

i was happy with my stay

we reached very late like midnight and there was confusion with the booking, but the management handled it well and supported us, so we felt relaxed and could go to sleep with a happy mind.

may be the taps and washroom needs to be checked.

The peole working in the hotel and especially Sumit who is a great helpful guy. The property is a 3 star with modern amenities

The location was a bit far from airport excellent if you wish to visit Agra aa the train station not far. Anyway easy to grab rickshaw or taxi
