The location was convenient for our needs. The hotel is easy to find (navigate to). We were in luck and managed to find a free parking spot. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room had a small fridge, a microwave, an electric kettle, a sink (with dish-washing detergent), cutlery. The was instant coffee, green tea, cream, sugar in packets.
The king size bed wide enough but too short: my wife's and my own feet were sticking out and we're both approx. 178 cm tall. Our room was facing the main street and it was noisy at night from cars rushing by. The two electric sockets located under the bedside tables integrated in the bed could only be reached if you lie down on the floor.

it was okay for a 4 days stay . not the best but just ok
the bathroom in the one bedroom apartment is not good. when you bath, you are stuck in your own pool of water . it takes time for the water to seep through the cracks because the drainage is located outside the bathroom. we stayed in room 208
