Set up was made to fulfill your needs. The bathroom shower, toilet and all were homey or motely. It offers more than just a pod to sleep in. I did not know you could store a big bag for free. So did not have to pay to store my bag at that place.
For me personally having to go up stairs was unexpected and a problem because I had a really big heavy suitcase. (I don't know if it was Terminal 2 or 1 that had the stiars). I know I booked in one but ended up at first mistakenly checking in at wrong terminal, which did not have stairs, so really shocked when I got to other terminal to find that there were stairs.

Property was clean and comfortable
Pods and coffee room was very cold temperature as well pillows were uncomfortable

Not much other than it is a place to lay your head in the airport when needed.
They try and price gouge you if you walk in. They were charging triple the price of booking.com if you walk in. It's like sleeping in a big coffin and staff are not invested nor do they care.
