Choose somewhere else to stay.

clean and convenient.

I have slept in pods many times earlier but this was the noisiest I have ever experienced. There was a “staff meeting” outside the pods very early in the morning and there is absolutely no sound proofing. You hear everything your neighbors do, every twist and turn. There was a man from the staff in the female bathroom- having a long chat with another staff member. I understand that there can be instances when a member of the staff need to perform work around but a chat could be done anywhere else. I almost got no sleep and my advice would be to spend a little more money and get a hotel room instead. It isn’t that much cheaper.

Location convenient, the shower was particularly lovely

The pillow was very hard and uncomfortable even though the bed and quilt were fine. Also hallway was very dark when i went to my pod, yes it was at night, but it took me ages to figure out how to open my pod as i could not see what i was doing

Convenient place to grab some shut-eye

Great place to sleep for some hours during a long layover, and puts you very close to check-in for the next morning. The process is very simple, the place very clean, and it's great to have a nice hot shower before heading to your flight.

I paid €50 for about 6 hours of sleep. That seemed a bit too expensive to me, but may be worthwhile for anyone spending a full night.

It was fun and comfortable and private and so well thought out ... once you got up there.

This place could not have been more professional. And clean as only the Japanese can do. EXCEPT to get there you have to go up a flight of 20 steps. I am near 80, I had luggage. No one warned me. It was a tear jerker. I lifted each piece up one stair at a time. You need to know this obstacle is there. I managed but was nearly crawling up. The staff was superb. When I left very early the guy at reception helped me descend. On my return I will stay at their sister facility in terminal 1. It is a hike to get there, but there are no stairs.

The insane stairs. See rest of review Also almost all guests were respectful. Like we wear provided sox in the hall so it is quiet. But there's always one and an adjacent guests talked ... loudly ... on the phone for like an half hour.

I was grateful to find IzZzleep and would stay here again.

The ease of check in, the private showers, the capsule was comfortable. It was quiet. Staying here made getting to my early morning plane a breeze.

The showers could have been cleaner.

Overall it was my first time super clean pleasant and definitely will use it again

Super clean quiet and staff was extremely helpful love the little amenity package that you give as well

Definitely need an elevator for those with issues going up and downstairs

Overall not too bad

I liked how clean everything was kept all the time, and staff were nice and helpful.

I wished the airCon had a cooler setting for some reason mine worked but It was too warm so it wasn’t the most comfortable experience.
