The shower floor was slippery and I fell. I advised the staff at front desk and they were very indifferent and unconcerned towards me. I fractured several ribs and busted a vein.

Convenient to airport

We were looking for a place near the airport, with 24 hour check in as we were arriving late. We were also looking for a place which had airport shuttle included--this is advertised on the listing, but not actually provided. Also, the 24 hour check in doesn't speak a word of English, which made it a bit difficult to find out where the shuttle left from and finally to understand that there was no shuttle. So, points for convenience and the breakfast was great, too.

It's noisy, but I'm not sure what the property can do about that. Remove "shuttle" from the listing, as it is not actually provided. There's also a weird sensor light when you walk into the room which goes on a bit randomly--it goes on when you walk in, but also when you walk to the bathroom in the middle of the night. So the light goes on in the middle of the room, basically, sometimes.

I would definitely recommend and stay again.

fulfilled all my needs: comfy bed, very nice bathroom/shower, clean, modernized, staff met my requests, nice restaurant with good service. Taxi was able to pull right up to the entrance which was covered from rain!

Excellent in every way except lights not bright enough and kept going off and on right away several times. Also, I got up at 5:15am and down to lobby at 5:45 with no coffee in room or lobby early before restaurant opened.

Excellent option for a stopover in Mexico City

Room was spot on - spacious, large bed, clean, good wifi. Everything you could need. Location really handy just 15 mins drive from airport. Staff very friendly.

The area is fine for an airport stopover but I wouldn’t stay here otherwise if I was visiting the city. The breakfast was a little disappointing and so was the gym.

Fair Alternative

In General, the facilities are in good condition, and clean.

But the Sheets are kind of old, also the smog in the area is too strong. The area is not quite good.

I would recommend for a one night stay.

Restaurant food was good.

Too noisy, could here the noise from the restaurant. Old decor, not very appealing.

Great hotel , but needs attention to details.

Overall it was excellent I’ll go back next time I’m happy with my experience.

The hotel don’t have ice machines on the floors ,, have to go to the restaurant for ice, the air conditioning control batteries were dead or hard to set the air conditioner on the room... i will like to see more comfortable chairs in the room.

Exceptional

The breakfast was delicious! The location was in a area near a big shopping mall that included big stores like Walmart and Sam's Club that was very convenient for travelers.

Wish the location had a more convenient spot for drop off pick up for a taxi to load/unload luggage.

This was a short one night stop over from the airport. The staff were very welcoming, the room was very comfortable and quiet. A wonderful stay !

Everything was just PERFECT. We didnt expect that we would love Hotel Abastos so much - veeeery caring staff, spacious rooms - everything was suuper nice. Much recommenced!

Pleasant.

You can tell they take good care of the property. the staff was attentive and always willing to assist.

The bedsheets were a bit old and kinda caused some itchiness. They were clean but maybe they have been washed too many times. The breakfast wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great neither. Coffee was terrible tho.

Affordable and clean.

I loved my stay in this hotel. Its price and location is great. They all respect the sanitation policy. The rooms are clean and big.

Due the pandemic they don't have the buffet they used to have for breakfast. I understand. The food they offered was ok, but not great.

Exceptional

It has a great locatioon next to a shopping center ,breakfast was good . I had chilakiles ,coffe and fruit . My wife loved the fact that they had a pair of slippers ,tootpaste and tootbrush . it was great since we arrived at midnight and we were looking for a place to rest .
