Hotel solo para dormir.

Ubicación

Mal equipadas las habitaciones. Cobran extra impuestos adicionales a los ya establecidos y aumenta la tarifa a la hora del pago, el desayuno con alimentos de baja calidad y en mal estado.

Falta de mantenimiento en lugares con humedad.

La atención del personal. El horario del desayuno. Resolvieron que la habitación no contaba con frigobar. El cambio de toallas.

El cobro de un tercer impuesto al llegar, el que no se anuncia en la aplicación. La humedad en el techo de la habitación. La falta de azulejos en la piscina. La habitación no contaba con caja fuerte ni frigobar.

Sin duda regresare a este hotel.

La ubicación es perfecta, a tan solo unos minutos tienes el mercado 28 y Walmart, si no tienes carro a unas calles pasa el transporte para zona hotelera. En la esquina tienes la farmacia del ahorro y a lado del hotel venden comida mediterránea. Nosotros nos quedamos en la suite F1, la habitación es muy espaciosa, y tiene detalles muy bonitos. La alberca es linda, el restaurante ofrece lo tradicional como hueves revueltos al gusto, pan tostado, jugos etc. El joven Roman es super atento

La regadera no tiene buena presión, la hace falta mantenimiento.

Poor breakfast and room not very good.

Room is big

I stayed for only one night and do not recommend. The hotel room did not smell good and didn't look very clean. The breakfast was poor. It had only Juice, Coffee and a toast with butter and jam. If you want eggs, for instance, you have to pay for it

It was fine for a place to stay, but I would not call it a vacation destination.

The staff were good and the breakfasts were good. Its actually a fine little hotel.

There were issues with the toilet getting plugged. Eventually we had to not put any paper in the toilet. The location is odd. Not sure why they built the hotel there. It was not easy getting to the ocean for example

La habitación, fea, descuidada, vieja.

Falta de mantenimiento y atención a la habitación. Cambio de blancos etc. Ya me había alojado antes y me decepciono mucho en esta ocasión.

Nice Cancun boutique hotel

Super close to Mercado 28. 3 minutes walk. The restaurant offers good food at decent prices. Leonardo the chef was amazing. Both front desk staff are very friendly and always attentive at my needs. I extended my stay twice and they grant me the same price. We'll be back.

Nice room but poor communication

The room was nice and comfortable. We wanted to check-in at 01:30 AM which was fortunately possible, the staff member was very friendly.

Some days before our trip, we communicated with the hotel multiple times about a possible airport transfer at 00:30 AM. After asking if this was arranged 4 times, they have never responded and ultimately the transfer never showed. Very poor communication.

Very cheap hotel, and very difficult to sleep with the noise.

Started off by telling us that we owed an extra 90 pesos for 'environmental tax'. They played music very loud until late at night, and then started the music again early in the morning. There was no soap for washing hands, so we had to use some body wash that we had with us. The breakfast consisted of various serials that had been placed in small bowls with plastic wrap over the top, and some juice. Anything else had an extra charge.

The parking was far too distant from the hotel, and I was worried about leaving my car there. It was also completely unmarked and it wasn't clear that we were allowed to park there.

Lovely, small hotel with nice swimming pool.

Quiet, small, nice hotel with a lovely swimming pool. We got good recommendations for dinner in the area, as we were not really in a touristic area. Staff very nice.

The connection didn't went so good, we ordered a shuttle to the hotel over Booking.com, but we could not get in contact with the reception of the hotel and nobody was there to pick us up. But at the end we solved the problem.

Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful facility, great architectural details. Staff goes out of their way to be helpful. Excellent service! Great kitchen/restaurant on site, convenient and good quality. Continental breakfast free including cereal but can also order off the breakfast menu for reasonable charge. Relaxing open air pool in lobby area.

The towels were dirty, the sheets and pillows were also dirty. The wifi was unstable. The AC had problems.

Breakfast, late check in, near airport. Staff on breakfast was nice.

Dirty and smely sheets, might not be clean. Hard to say but bed smelled. Sink in the bathroom was keeping water in. Noisy from the street. Main road in the morning is noisy.

Affordable but not worth the stay and how unsanitary the rooms and pool are

Hotel outdoor design is pretty. The front desk staff were nice. Breakfast was included in our booking. You have the choice of cereal, fruits, tea, coffee, milk, and toast. Anything more you’ll have to pay which was not too expensive. There are many near by restaurants and souvenir stores and taxi services. You will need a taxi to get to downtown Cancun or the main tourist area. Make sure to get taxi early because it can get pricy based on the time and traffic.

Cons: My boyfriend and I have visited Mexico 5 times total. This was my second time visiting Cancun and my boyfriend’s first time visiting Cancun. We decided to give it a try and not spend too much money on a hotel downtown Cancun. The hotel is not sanitary. We stayed 4 nights at the hotel and it was not until the last day until the maid cleaned or provided us new towels until after we continued to complain to front desk about it. -Towels that was provided to us when we checked in and replaced had many stains on them -We were excited to try the spa bath (one of the main reasons for booking this room) but were highly disappointed. The spa bath was NOT cleaned. There are multiple stains in the spa jets. We asked if the maid could clean it up and were told that she would clean it but never did. -AC is difficult to use. It’s either too hot or too cold…so there’s basically no in between with it. -Bathroom is cute but get ready to get water every where. The extremely short glass door makes it even easier for water to come out of the shower. -Pool looked clean the first day but days after it turned green. I would not recommend staying here unless if you’re an extremely low budget and can handle the room condition.

Breakfast was cereal (choice of 3) toast and coffee and melon - very basic. Anything else was extra.

Disappointing and waste of money

Only staff was great, friendly and helpful.

Room wasn't that bad but had a bath that was not nice and didn't match with photos I've seen, location was bad, not a nice place to stay, really central, not close to the beach, breakfast was super poor (only a toast with one small butter and jam and a small plate of fruits) not juice, eggs, ham/cheese. Also shower didn't work properly and there was a smell of sewage in the bathroom, super bad. I didn't feel safe there, just booked 3 nights and only stayed 2 quite forced then I booked another hotel beachfront and it worthed much more.

Small amounts of work from the owners would go along way.

Staff was very kind.

When we arrived no staff was around to check us in. The pool was not cleaned. The towels were scratchy. There was a rusted/old washing machine right outside my room. The pillows were also very disappointing.

Ok for money we pay

Pool is nice, Atmosphere was also fine. Is quite so good for sleeping.

Very old furniture in the room. Smell like humid. From outside looks way better than what rooms are. Bad breakfast, also charging extra almost all even we had breakfast included.

Great location but not that clean

The location of the hotel was great for us. We were able to walk to a lot of things without being in the very touristic area.

Though the staff was very nice and friendly, some things weren't as advertised. We did have a bath in the room but it wasn't clean and took close to an hour to fill up. The shower and mirror's weren't clean either and there was almost no water coming out of the shower. The sound of the television was being weird. When i told the staff (twice) they smiled friendly, wrote something down, but nothing happened about it.

Don‘t book!

good location to do beach or different markets

first of all we did not get the room we booked -> we booked a suite with outdoor jacuzzi and got a room we a not working inside jacuzzi -things from the description were missing (safe,fridge,…) -room was very dirty (bed sheets in particular) -room was already fallen apart -bathroom smelled really bad! -breakfast was nonsense-> you get toast, butter or cereal (for more you have to pay)
