Excellent location right on the beach and close to the city center. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. A super market close by and so many shops and places to go. The staff was very kind and flexible and very responsive with our many questions. The neighbors were kind and courteous. The elevator was easy and always there! Such a great place. Apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view of the balcony was my absolute favorite!
Not much we didn’t like. Parking is complicated and traffics during rush hour is a thing. Taxis were impossible to find. Busses are very convenient and you can walk pretty much anywhere.

The location near the beach was fantastic. You’re there in just a minute. Short enough walk into town as well.

Alles sehr Sauber, Großzügig geschnitten, Top Lage, schöne Aussicht und alles vorhanden. Sehr gute und sehr leise Klimaanlage. Netter Kontakt, vor allem mit Olga. Bei fragen sofortige Antwort. Top Bäckerei vor der Tür. Supermärkte direkt um die Ecke. Keine 5 min zur Hafenpromenade zum verweilen bzw. Essen gehen. 15min. bis zur City ( Shopping ) .10 bis 15 min bis zur Maurischen Festung. Strand direkt vor der Tür. was will man mehr ?
Wahr sehr Laut auf dem Balkon, aber sobald die Fenster geschlossen sind hört man so gut wie nichts mehr.
