The apartment is an ideal place to stay for ski riders (ski depot included). It has everything required for a comfortable stay. There's a key locker so you can check in at any time. The host is friendly, communicative, and ready to assist.
I like everything, just let me recommend to provide guests with a large-scale map indicating the building entrance and landmarks - New Gudauri is difficult to navigate, especially for first-time visitors.

The room was lovely, everything was prepared the way we communicated with the owner.
The owner was super helpful and always on the line, she was very flexible with the payment.
The only negative was that ski storage was not equipped with dryers for ski boots.

- supermarket is 1min away from the appartment
- skiing lift is 3 min from the appartment
- all equipment is left in special cell with locker
- the room is rather big for 2 people
- we have kitchenette and sandwich cooker in our appartment which was really helpful to cook breakfast
- We had a room at the 2nd floor and at the weekend it was very noisy till 11pm because of live music at the 1st floor cafe.
- Shower cabin is rather huge, but the water is not going to the stock by itself, we need to use a special brush to clean the shower floor from the water.
- wifi is reaaally slow. Better to buy local GSM card and use 4g
- payment with cash and without check or some approval of payment.
- far from the city centre and not comfortable to go there by foot (no pavement near the road)
