Tastefully designed and furnished, The villa features : -Fully air conditioned interior -Spacious living and dining area -Fully equipped kitchen -Supersized master bedroom with TV -Extra large en-suite bathroom, complete with bath tub and massage table. -2 large bedrooms, Nos 2 ans 3 -En-suite bathrooms -Separate WC and washroom -Magnificent feature landscaped gardens -Large Pool -Large patio and sun deck area with loungers -Garage and private parking for several cars. Fully staff, and meals available upon request. Daily maid service Private security All of our villas come with the services of our guest relations manager who will be able to assist with massages/spa treatments, tours and travel, car or scooter hire and all general advice and information needed to ensure your vacation is a memorable experience. Please state in your inquiry if you'd require airport transfers. There's a transfer fee of IDR 175K one way for one car, to fit 4 people and luggage (surcharge of IDR 50K if the transfer is between 10pm - 7am). Fee payable to driver directly. All our prices are in US Dollars. Payments can be made in any currency to the equivalent of US Dollars. All rates are subject to 21% of Government Taxes and Services Charge. All taxes are collected upon arrival.

Air conditioning doesn’t work properly in two of the rooms and they are exceptionally hot and uncomfortable. Told the staff would be taking Sunday and the public holiday off - despite it being advertised as fully staffed. Had to reach out to the property manager to ensure the staff were there and we were getting what we paid for. Upon check out the staff accused us of losing the door keys - keys were in the door. They simply hadn’t bothered to check. Wooden decking is rotting and collapsing. Someone will get injured. Just a case of when. We are frequent visitors to Bali and familiar with the villa set up in Seminyak. For the price - this villa was just hard work. It wasn’t the relaxing experience one hopes for when staying at a villa. The owners need to put some money into its upkeep and some focus into ensuring what they say you get for the price is what you get. There are better villas and villa experiences for less $$ elsewhere. It’s a shame as the property is beautiful.

Beautiful property with spacious rooms. Hard to find but worth it. 5 minute walk to beach. Great pool. A rare gem.
