Well located and close to local grocery stores and restaurants. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Even though a little rundown the rooms and bathroom were clean! It was perfect for our overnight stay in Ras Al Hadd
Our aircon had a terrible leak. We had to switch off all electricals just under the aircon and put both our towels in a place to catch the water. We did inform the gentleman at reception while checking out so hopefully it is sorted before anyone else checks into the room :)

it’s fine for one night
When we came, there was no towels, no running water. however once we reclaimed we got both. if you arrive at night, it is frankly impossible to find the road to the hotel. It took us at least extra 30 minutes to find a way from the main road.
