Located in Shawnee, this attractive house for $148 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Fully updated two bedroom home in Shawnee, KS. Close to I-435 on the west side of KC. Master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has two full size beds. One bath with double sinks and tub/shower combination. Full kitchen and dining area. The family room has two leather couches with a 50 in TV. Conveniently located near restaurants, movie theater, major retailers and grocery stores. Just up the street is a sprawling park offering boating, fishing and swimming plus nature trails and an outdoor theater. Also nearby is the newly opened Lenexa Rec Center with an incredible gym and indoor swimming pool.

I’m from KC now residing in Dallas and always have stayed a DIE HARD Chiefs fan! My son is also a Chiefs fan where we come once a yr to a game. This was the first and “WON’T” be the last time that I will book here. The location was “PERFECT”! Cozy and very much relaxing. I looked at the reviews and all were great and why I chose. Of course like everyone stated, I also liked the welcoming candies and also my printed sign at the sofa table. It’s outside of the city that I wanted with lots near. It was cold, but you can go outside and have a cup of coffee and just enjoy things that I loved with peace. I called my soon to be wife as I’m getting married this Friday 12/15 and sent pics and told her about the home and how I have to bring her to KC and stay there. I also told my other kids when I arrived back to Dallas about the home where we will “HAVE” to make this our yearly place to stay when visiting.
If anyone reads this, I “HIGHLY” recommend this home as it is a “HOME” to stay in if you’re visiting KC or just wanting to have a getaway if you reside there. It beats a hotel for sure. You have all your needs there that’s provided. You will not regret it!!

My daughters and I came to KC for a girls weekend. The Vrbo was our first stop and set the whole tone for the weekend ! Beautiful home, warm colors, so clean and just perfect! Two bedrooms with 3 beds. Double vanity bathroom with a pristine shower tub combo. Top that off with a fun deck and washer and dryer! We will be back!

This was a perfect location for our softball tournament. Also really enjoyed the hiking trails over at Shawnee Mission Park. The outdoor space on the deck was nice in the mornings and evenings.

This was a stay for me and my husband. We were visiting family from OK. We have never stayed in anything but a hotel, so we tried a VRBO under my daughters idea. It was perfect for our visit. Gave us plenty of space, it was clean, and just right. Thank you.

This house was lovely and warm, very comfortable, and perfect for a family of four visiting family for Christmas. The beds were very comfortable, the couch was cushy, and the whole space worked really well for us.

Smooth sailing! We booked it, showed up, let ourselves in using the very simple instructions that we got via email, and found a very clean home that was exactly as described. The house is well stocked with towels and basic toiletries, and the beds are fantastic! Would stay there again, for sure.

We enjoyed staying at your house. We wanted to point out the dishwasher nearly feel out while loading it. We weren’t fond of the toilet tissue and we were in need of tissues and there were none. The location was ideal for our events in the area.

Cozy little house was perfect for us. It was clean and inviting. We felt welcome. Kitchen had what we needed. Beds were very comfortable with extra blankets and lots of towels . Helpful instructions on how things worked. Busy street but circular drive made it very easy to come and go. Would definitely stay there again :)

We enjoyed staying at your property and felt welcome when we got there. A bowl of candy and welcome sign were nice touches.
We enjoyed imaging how you had remodeled this property. It was open and very modern looking. It was well equipped with dishes and cook wear. We enjoyed sitting out on the side deck. The backyard looked out a pastoral scene. My husbanded spotted your black squirrels which are not commonly seen. We also enjoyed exploring Shawnee Mission Park which was close by.
I did need to do some dusting of the headboards which would be my only concern. Windowsills in the bedroom areas could use some brush up, too. The rest of the house was clean.
If we are back in the area, we would enjoy staying at your home again.

We enjoyed our visit here. The house was nice and clean but on a fairly busy street. Nice backyard with a view of some cute (and quiet) goats.

It was clean and comfortable. Loved the reclining sofa and loveseat! Close to lots of shopping and eateries. Nice deck for sitting in the evenings for a glass of wine!
