Very nice space, well decorated, equiped with all necessities. There's cutlery, glasses, tea and coffee. It was cleaned once in 3 nights.
Easy and direct self check in. Located very centraly.
The ground floor is not comfortable as there are windows directly at the entrance, so curtains need to be entirely closed at all times.

Very nice accommodation in the heart of the city, close to shopping and cafes. Short walk to Elvis Presley Platz and beautiful park! Easy contactless check in. Great parking spot in front of room.
When I made the reservation, I purposely booked a room with a balcony because my spouse and I are smokers. We did smoke on the balcony and since there were no ashtrays, rather than throw our butts onto the roadway outside, we put them in an empty pizza box. The morning after our stay I received a message from the property that the cleaning lady smelled smoke in the room and that we would be charged for smoking in the room. My thoughts are that the cleaning person smelled the cigarette smell because we put the butts in the box that were left in the room to go out with the trash. We are frequent travelers and never smoke inside hotels regardless whether it is allowed or not. There was no information stating that we could not smoke on the balcony. I am very disappointed to be charged for something that I did not do. Needless to say, this issue has caused me to edit my review. I don't think it is fair to charge someone for doing something that they have not done without giving them a chance to provide a rebuttal toward the supposed evidence. I thought we were doing the right thing by putting the butts in the trash instead of throwing them on the ground. Personally I would not stay at this hotel again.
