Asunto oli todella siisti ja sijainti hyvä.
Ohjeistus hiukan epäselvää. Mielestäni olisi hyvä, että varausvahvistuksen mukana tulisi tieto, että avainlaatikon koodin saa hetki ennen sisään kirjautumista. Parkkipaikka oli hankala löytää autolle lähistöltä. Olisi myös kätevää, jos avaimen voisi jättää lähtiessään asunnolle, jottei tarvitse enään keskustan toimistolla käydä.

The room I eventually got (which wasnt even the Arctic studio) was very big and very nice.
Please, dont book this. I read the reviews a bit too late as I had already payed and I had to go there...
A day before the check in I got the message about the famous key pick up at an adress which was 2km away from the apartment. I received no code for the lock, so I texted them and i got an automated response from booking with the code. I got to the lock box at 6pm (mind you, the check in is at 4pm) and there was no key in the box. I called and texted the number listed with no response. So I went to the tourist agency in the same building and asked if they know anything about the key boxes etc. Turns out the guy who runs this apartment is the owner of that tourist agency. They also called him and he didnt answer. The guys in the office were really nice and helpful. Since there was no key, I got upgraded into a really nice bigger apartment in the city center for the same price. But I guess I just got lucky. I believe there is quite a big chance you will never get the key 😅
