excelente relación calidad-precio. un hotel muy bien ubicado en Cap Cana que ofrece mucho a los huéspedes, y si no hay nada que que le anime en este momento, hay muchas posibilidades de cambiar de aire en el “pueblito marítimo” ( por ejemplo el restaurante Barbudo en la misma entrada al pueblo) donde está integrado esté hotel. el hotel es muy limpio y acogedor. el personal hace un trabajo excepcional y tiene toda mi admiración! Yo por lo personal no me vería capaz de mostrar durante el año completo mi mejor sonrisa y estar siempre alegre y humilde. Es una enorme virtud. en las noches llegan siempre artistas de afuera a dar un show a los huéspedes. en los pocos días que e estado e visto más talento pasar por el TRS Cap Cana que en cualquier programa de “se busca la nueva estrella”. asombroso los talentos que viven por la región. y cuando hablo de talento no quierydejar de mencionar el area del spa y masajes. mi esposa y yo nos permitimos dos paquetes cómo pareja en dos días y valió absolutamente la pena. las masajistas (en mi caso fue la bella y simpática señora Rinee) son muy bien preparadas y saben dar un excelente tratamiento. muchas gracias a todos los trabajadores del TRS Cap Cana, también a las personas que operaron casi desapercibidos en el fondo para que todo funcione de maravilla.

creo que lo más obvio y seguramente muchos lo confirmarán, es la falta de una “tipica” y amplia playa. aunque tiene su ventaja porque de esta manera se está más motivado de activarse y salir a explorar más a fondo la zona y conocer playas hermosas cómo la de Juanillo. a lo personal tuve un auto alquilado y nos facilitó hacer cualquier movida, pero el hotel brinda servicios de buses turísticos o les organizan cualquier taxi de confianza.

El trato hace un risor

El trato 100% atenciónes de todo el personal, quiero destacar a algunas personas Diego, Natalie, Charly, Thais, y Sigfredo entre otros, la comida muy buena,la animación y las actividades del hotel muy bien, la tranquilidad del hotel el que busca relajarse y descansar lo recomiendo.

Hasta ahora todo no a gustado.

My 40th

I loved the staff and the resort. The accommodations was moderate. The activities were fun each day. I loved the DJ and the Spa as well as the bartenders, they kept the drinks flowing especially mi amiga Francisco. Lol Our Butler Maximo also helped in decorating our room for my 40th bday, which was nice of him!

The food was horrible. The restaurant choices were Caribbean Cuisine, Italian ,Mediterranean, or Steakhouse. Each night, the food was a disappointment. I wish they had an open buffet with fresh fruits, a breakfast bar, and unlimited ice cream like some of the other resorts I've been to. We ate at other restaurants outside of the resort for 3 of our 7 nights stay. They should also stick to their Dominican roots and offer authentic Dominican Cuisine.

El Hotel no es lo mismo que hace 1 año, ha decaído bastante en cuanto a su gastronomia, bebidas y calidad sobre todo

-Las Habitaciones en au diseño PERO ( El Aire tenia problema,( la temperatura de la habitación no bajo de 25 grados) el servicio tecnico muy amable fue y trato de resolver, pero ya era muy tarde para cambiar. - El servicio del Personal no tengo problema a excepción de una persona, los dos mayordomo que me atendieron excelente. Lamentablemente no tengo mas nada positivo que decir, fui con una expectativa que tenia de la ultima vez que fui pero me fui con otra totalmente diferente.

Son tantas las cosas: La playa pueden limpiarla mas rápido con una mini excavadora y no tener a dos personas con palas quitando el sargazo por que nunca van acabar y a parte es pequeña y así uno poder al menos mojarse los pies. Las comidas da mucho que desear la verdad, pudieran mejorar los menus y hacer un cambio en cuanto a la gastronomía( agregar mas restaurantes) y aumentar un poco la calidad. Los Vinos blancos por dios pedi tres diferentes y no tenían al final me tuve que ir por un chardonnay pasable. Bebidas alcohólica: tiene su variedad pero le faltan y no son tampoco bebidas premium las que pueden agregar. El tema con el Room Service pudieran hacerle un rediseño en cuanto al servicio esta muy limitado por que si uno quiere estar mas privado en la piscina de la habitación, no se puede pedir todo lo que uno quisiera como si estuviera en el bar de la piscina. En sentido general la calidad ha disminuido bastante a la ultima vez que fui siento que si los altos ejecutivos no se enfocan en mejorar el hotel se convertirá en un hotel mas de baja categoría y perdería ese toque de exclusividad y también mas por la zona en la que esta. No es un punto negativo pero el Personal tiene que tener mas por que con el poco personal que tienen para el tamaño del hotel puede afectar el servicio.

Nice, smaller size resort with excellent service members, Very enjoyable time!

The staff was amazing! The Butlers: Maria, Maximo and Melvin were the bomb! Bartenders: Misael, Edwin and Manuel did their jobs well. The drinks stayed flowing, to the point you had to move your cup to stop the pouring. Charly, the event guy was hilarious. The Violinist at breakfast was beautiful.

Food and drinks were sometimes inconsistent. Not bad overall though. Just sometimes, the 2nd or 3rd time ordering was not the same as the 1st. Check-in process was a little slow because there are only 2 desks, so if there is any trouble with your check-in, that delays everyone else behind you as there is not check in counter. So maybe if there is a troubleshooting person/office that can accommodate when there is an issue, allowing the remaining guests to still flow through. But at least the scenery is nice during your wait.

Modern resort near cap Cana marina

Modern rooms, couple of restaurants to choose from, liked being able to leave and walk to what will eventually be a busy square/ town etc. As someone with a food allergy on-site staff were very knowledge.

Beach on site is actually pretty small, can get a hotel organised bus to bigger beach but seaweed is a major problem this time of year. It also smells. There needed more sun loungers and parasols by pool. There simply weren’t enough shade. Also we found it a bit awkward to work out tipping etiquette- the predominately American guests appeared to be tipping all the time and this seemed to be expected but maybe being novices at all inclusive we didn’t expect that level of tipping.

Great food, the hotel is too small and too pricey compared to others though

The best food I've eaten in the resorts of Punta Cana, I liked the personal pool we got on the room, it was a unique experience. The staff was also accommodating.

This is the smallest resort I've been to, the entire thing can be captured in a photo, there were literally zero people at the beach because it's so tiny, and most of it was cut off by the algae. The room in the post in Booking mentioned a sofa bed alongside the main one but our room didn't have one, luckily staff took care of us. Most of the areas don't have AC so once you are waiting to check in or check out it's in the heat, even the AC in the only public place that had it (the bar) was not really anything strong, also the sports bar is open for shorter times that other resorts I've been to.

We had great stay.

I enjoyed the scale of the hotel, the proximity to restaurants beach and pool, the facilities are well designed. The rooms are comfortable a beautiful, well kept. The staff is amazing, always willing to help. The POOL BAR STAFF was amazing! Tough job, and they did wonderful. Thank you all! Angel, Edwin & Berliz.

The side pools (the ones that lead to the rooms) need to be clean a little bit more often.

Very good and enjoying

The pool was amazing, the open bar is very good, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, the staff was very kind and very helpful. I really recommend the circus show.

The variety of plates options at lunch and dinner was limited

An unpleasant honeymoon

I liked our butler Eloy. He was very helpful. Our room was much nicer than we expected. The food was good and the resort grounds were very nice.

I didn't like the smell. It smelled like sewer everywhere we went on the resort grounds. We weren't able to swim on the private beach at the resort due to the smell and the water was a dirty muddy dark brown color. Not the blue color that Booking advertised. This was VERY DISAPPOINTING. We had to go 2 hours away on an excursion to swim in crystal blue water. Also, while on the excursion housekeepers who we later found out were off that day entered our room and stole a bottle of wine I purchased. Luckily we had our important items in the safe. I was asked to fill out an incident report and security searched our room. They investigated and issued a refund. None of the staff spoke good English except Eloy. So communicating was extremely difficult. Last, after leaving I was contacted and harassed by the manager who called to say whoever checked us out didn't charge us for everything and we needed to pay. Later he sent a message and said he mixed my room up with another guest. Smh! I will NEVER return to the DR.
