Propriétaire accueillant et super sympa ! Toujours disponible... Il nous a donné plein de bons conseils pour les visites et les restaurants. Appartement du rez-de-chaussée identique aux photos mises sur le site... L'appartement est très propre, la terrasse est sympa sous le citronnier, la vue est magnifique. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement pour une famille de 4 personnes. Monsieur bonhomy parle français et ça c'est un plus ! ! ! Encore un grand merci à Monsieur bonhomy pour son accueil et sa sympathie...♥️

Es hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt!
Ein ganz toller Gastgeber, der im Nebenhaus wohn und immer für Fragen zu erreichen ist. Er spricht sehr gut Deutsch und hat uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Die Wohnung mit der Terrasse und dem Ausblick sind klasse. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und sauber. Wir werden das Objekt gerne im Freundeskrei weiter empfehlen.

Trotz sehr später Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort wohl.
Die Insidertipps von Herrn Bonomi waren Gold wert. Ein wirklich großartiger Vermieter, der sich immer um das Wohl der Gäste kümmert.
Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet; der Garten ein Traum. Technisch ist auch alles auf dem neuesten Stand: vom WLAN über die Klimaanlage bis zur Spülmaschine ist alles da, was man nicht mehr missen möchte.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen oberhalb von La Spezia. Grün und ruhig und trotzdem kommt man überall schnell hin.
Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt; wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben wunderbare 14 Tage in der Ferienwohnung von Herrn Bonomi verbracht. Das Apartment ist schön kühl und hat alles was man braucht. Der Garten bietet viel Privatsphäre. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung vor La Spezia und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Urlaub (mit Auto) in und um die Cinque Terre. Wir können die Wohnung und den sehr netten Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben Sie als einen sehr aufmerksamen und fürsorglichen Gastgeber kennen gelernt und uns gleich sehr wohlgefühlt.
Klasse fanden wir die kleine Standrundfahrt ( durch Corona leider in 2 Autos) mit den ersten Tipps und den „Geheimtipp“ mit dem Olivenöl - echt toll, dass Sie mit uns da sogar mit hingefahren sind - eine Empfehlung von uns!
Wir haben die 10 Tage in Ihrer Wohnung und der Region sehr genossen und viele Eindrücke gesammelt.
Bei den Ausflügen und Wanderung in der Umgebung konnten noch viel Sonne für den Herbst in Deutschland tanken.
Unsere Highlights waren Porto Venere & Palmaria und Manarola (Nessun Dorma).

Rundum alles perfekt
Wir waren im September 2020 fünf Tage in der Unterkunft, die als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre, Sarzana und La Spezia sehr günstig gelegen ist.
Der freundliche Vermieter hat uns herzlich empfangen und sich während unseres Aufenthalts um alles gekümmert.
Die Ferienwohnung ist überaus gut mit allem ausgestattet was einen komfortablen Aufenthalt ermöglicht.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es genossen, auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken und zu Abend zu essen. Die Wohnung und der Vermieter sind eine Empfehlung wert!

Tranquil garden oasis
I spent a week in the garden flat and it was a lovely stay. The place was exactly as pictured, clean, bright and fresh with a very comfortable bed.
My friends were staying in the upstairs flat so it was nice to make use of both outside spaces.
The check in process was easy, Armando was super friendly and helpful and easy to contact when needed.
While this is not necessarily a negative Just note the place is located quite far from anything so you do need a car if you stay here.
I would definitely come back for a relaxing chilled break.

Gemütliche Wohnung in schöner Lage
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung und der Garten entsprachen genau der Beschreibung und es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Der Vermieter, Herr Bonomi, was sehr freundlich und sehr um seine Gäste bemüht. Er gab hilfreiche Tipps und sorgte sich um das Wohl seiner Gäste. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und gemütlich eingerichtet. An den letzten 3 Tagen konnten wir auch in der großen Garage direkt im Haus parken.

Schöne Unterkunft
das Ferienhaus war sehr gemütlich und hatte alles was wir brauchten. Das große Bett und die schöne Terrasse haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Lage des Ferienhauses war sehr gut. Von da aus konnten wir viele Ziele relativ einfach und schnell erreichen. Die Garage ist auch für großere Autos geeignet. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und auch Herr Bonomi war sehr gastfreundlich zu uns!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit tollem Vermieter
Wir haben mit vier Personen (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, 10 u. 12 Jahre alt) insgesamt 11 Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet genug Platz für 4 Personen. Der Garten ist toll. Der Vermieter ist sehr, sehr nett und spricht sehr gut deutsch.

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung oberhalb von La Spezia für zwei Wochen genossen! Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet und technisch sehr gut ausgestattet. Der dazugehörende Garten ist geprägt von einem schattenspendenden Orangen- / Zitronen- Zwitterbaum. Es war immer sehr schön, dort zu frühstücken oder abendzuessen. Die Lage außerhalb der quirligen Stadt La Spezia ist ideal, um nach einem Ausflug oder Strandtag abends entspannende Ruhe zu finden. Herr Bonomi, der Vermieter, ist ein sehr freundlicher und sehr hilfsbereiter La Spezianer. Eine Stadtrundfahrt mit ihm gab uns wertvolle Tipps für die Gestaltung unserer Zeit in und um La Spezia. Für Fragen war er - oder auch sein Vater- jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben schon oft die unterschiedlichsten Ferienwohnungen angemietet, aber so eine Zuvorkommenheit seitens des Vermieters haben wir noch nirgendwo erlebt. Wir können die Wohnung im schönen Ligurien uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden dort bestimmt noch einen weiteren Urlaub verbringen! Familie G. und U. H. aus Düsseldorf

Midden tussen de Italianen
Google map wist ons niet op de juiste plek te brengen, maar na een telefoontje naar meneer Bonomi, kwam hij ons direct ophalen. Een hartelijke ontvangst. Het huis lag in een klein dorpje in de bergen nabij La Spezia. Wij hadden het beneden appartement ,et een fijne tuin, met ligstoelen en een eettafel. De woning was van goede kwaliteit, netjes en voorzien van horren bij elk raam. Heel prettig. Er lag ook voldoende informatie over wat er in de omgeving te beleven is. Wij hebben er een fijne week gehad. Een aanrader.

Wunderbare Urlaubswoche
Wir haben die FEWO genau so vorgefunden, wie sie beschrieben war. Die Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Auch die Klimaanlage haben wir an den heißen Abenden genutzt. Herr Bonomi ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Die kleine Stadtrundfahrt gleich bei Ankunft hat uns sehr zur Orientierung geholfen. Auch die Tipps und Anregungen haben wir sehr gern wahrgenommen.
La Spezia hat sich als ideale Ausgangspunkt für einen Besuch der Quinque Terre erwiesen, was uns sehr gefreut hat, da das unser großer Wunsch war.
Wir haben die untere Wohnung gemietet und diese als ideal empfunden, da wir durch Terasse und Rasen sowie Pavillon sehr viel Platz draußen hatten.

Sehr schöne gepflegte und mit viel Liebe eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf LaSpezia.
Der Vermieter Herr Bonomi ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kamen sogar in den Genuss einer Stadtrundfahrt durch La Spezia um einen ersten Eindruck zu bekommen.
Diese Unterkunft ist ohne Einschränkung weiterzuempfehlen.

The facilities at property was exactly as we expected. The apartment is in a quite area on a hill overlooking La Sepzia. We had hired a car so getting into town was no problem. We visited many places in the surrounding area - very easy. Fantastic Holiday and will certainly book this apartment again.

Tolle Wohnung, tolles Außengelände, tolle Lage. Und ein ganz netter hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht ist. Das ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Empfehlenswert
Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Der Zustand sehr sauber. Eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht, die Küche ist besonders gut ausgestattet. Wer mit der italienischen Kaffeemaschine nicht klar kommt, sollte einen Filteraufsatz mitbringen. Wäsche waschen und trocknen war problemlos möglich. Das Angebot des deutschsprechenden Vermieters uns zu einer kleinen Besichtigungstour der Umgebung einzuladen, haben wir sehr gerne angenommen. Nette Gespräche haben sich da ergeben und man konnte die Entfernungen besser abschätzen.
Fußläufig ist wenig erreichbar, ein Auto unbedingt nötig.
Blick auf das Wasser von der unteren Wohnung leider nur im Stehen möglich.
Aufgrund des netten und aufmerksamen Vermieters, der sehr gut ausgestatten Wohnung und der schönen Außenanlage, eine der besten Anlagen die wir in 12 Jahren gebucht haben!

Vacances extraordinaires
Vacances au top en partie grâce au logement de Mr Bonomi très bien situé pour visiter les cinques terres.
Maison très propre et bien pensée, jardin sans trop de vis à vis tout est à disposition pour que l'on se sente bien.
Nous avons même eu le droit au tours en voiture pour nous indiquer tout les points important à visiter.Mr Bonomi parle français très pratique c'est quelqu'un de très accessible. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar aufgeteilt und eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch dank der hervorgegangen Betreuung durch den Gastgeber und seine Familie.
Zudem ist der wunderschöne Garten mit dem Zitronenbaum zu erwähnen, wo man wundervolle ruhige Stunden verbringen kann.

Le logement est tés bien agencé, fonctionnel et propre. Il est très agréable de manger sur la terrasse, au calme avec une petite vue sur la mer. Aucun problème pour se garer.
M. BONOMI nous a donné de bons conseils et nous a même fait visiter LA SPEZIA.
A voir PORTOVENERE, LES 5 TERRES, PISE, LE MARBRE DE CARRARA, LES PLAGES, LERICI .... trop de belles choses à voir.
Nous recommandons cette location, idéal pour se reposer et passer de belles vacances.

Stop ! Contactez tout de suite Armando pour réserver ! Un accueil des plus sympathiques, un logement très agréable et très propre. Une terrasse avec vue (petite) sur la mer sous un citronnier, au calme.
Pouvoir se garer sans problème et gratuitement et un luxe à La Spezzia. Armando est disponible, offre de supers conseils, se démène pour apporter de la documentation dans notre langue. Les Cinq terres sont une expérience superbe mais La Spezzia c'est bien plus que cela, tout le Golfe est incroyable, entre Tellaro et Portovenere, c'est juste du bonheur. Une mention spéciale à Portovenere qui nous a enchanté.

We had the best time here!!! The house is incredibly clean, new and it has everything you can think of. The garden smells of citrus (there is a big lemontree) and roses. Nice view, great garage for our rental car. We had our baby with us, a bed and babychair were arranged without any problem. The host is the kindest you can imagine. Like I said, go here!!!

So much could be said when you rent a house in a foreign country...
We came in La Spezia on a rainy/stormy day and mr Bonomi ( the owner) was waiting for us à the train station. He showed us the town, even came with us at the grocery store to help us to start the week.
Once we got home, we found a very clean and fonctionnal house, newly renovated and filled with attention to details that travellers can appreciate. The terrace is lovely to enjoy the italian sun and we can also confirm that every thing you see in the photos is every thing you get. There should be a photo of mr Bonomi too, since he is a great asset of this property! Our stay could not have been the same without him and his family.
Fianlly, a perfect rental to enjoy Cinque Terre!

So much could be said when you rent a house in a foreign country...
We came in La Spezia on a rainy/stormy day and mr Bonomi ( the owner) was waiting for us à the train station. He showed us the town, even came with us at the grocery store to help us to start the week.
Once we got home, we found a very clean and fonctionnal house, newly renovated and filled with attention to details that travellers can appreciate. The terrace is lovely to enjoy the italian sun and we can also confirm that every thing you see in the photos is every thing you get. There should be a photo of mr Bonomi too, since he is a great asset of this property! Our stay could not have been the same without him and his family.

We also spent 7 lovely quiet evenings sitting outside and drinking Chianti. The appartment is spacious and there is everything you may need during your vacations. It was extremly clean and I also liked the style ot the furniture. The owner - Mr.Bonomi - is very kind and hospitable person. This was the best appartment we have ever rented :) I am happy to recomend it to all, but also kindly advise you to be driving.

La Spezia is a great destination to visit 5 earths and also the golf (Portovenere and many beachs around Lerici...). All things are less than half a hour by car (train station, boat, beachs, Portovenere,....).
The apartment is very clean, nicely decorated with a quite environnement.
