About this villa rental
Villa Laranja is an exceptional, modern villa with stunning sea views in the beautiful family resort of Praia da Luz. It has the luxury of being approximately a 15 minute walk (or 5 minute drive) from the beach and the town's many bars and restaurants. However, the villa still retains a high degree of privacy by being situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac. Situated on the ground floor is the fully fitted kitchen (brand new installed 2025). This leads through to the stunning circular dining room which flows into the spacious, open and well appointed lounge. Two sets of large French doors open up onto the terrace and private pool area offering wonderful views of the town and coastline. The lounge has three large leather sofas, 55” Smart TV, Apple TV, Freeview internet TV and PS3. A large DVD and Blu-Ray library is also on hand. There is also a real log burning stove should the evenings get chilly! The villa and private pool have fabulous sea views and there is a permanent brick-built BBQ. The pool has steps suitable for kids. Pool dimensions are 4.1m x 9.5m.

About Villa Laranja: This is an ideal luxury base for any group of golfers and non- golfers alike as it can accommodate up to 15 adults, has outstanding sea views and is within close proximity to both Praia da Luz & the lovely fishing village of Burgau for great restaurants, bars, etc. The beautiful old town of Lagos is also very close.
For special occasions we can organise champagne, birthday cakes, spa days at the villa - you name it and we can try to help.

Fabulous villa. The owners were very helpful throughout and helped us with options for some excursions / events which were amazing. Highlight of our holiday was definitely a trip to Joao Clara vineyard and then highest point in the Algarve followed by lunch with driver Jorge from Personal Transfers that the Villa owners helped organise for us. Highly recommended!!! The villa is private, has stunning views and the interior is lovely with everything anyone could need. The pool and outside area are marvellous with plenty sunbeds and a great outside eating area including BBQ. Our only complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer!! We had the best holiday and hope to return here to Praia de Luz and this super villa! Thanks Richard & Karen.

This property a fantastic and very well equipped and spotless in arrival. Never seen a better equipped kitchen in a remtal. Only not marked as fantastic as we asked for pool heating and it was only done on Day 3. A full refund was kindly given but did mean we didn't really use the pool first 2 days.

The house was a fabulous home base for our group allowing us to visit the Algarve region. The pool and backyard was a great place to relax after touring around and the view from the second floor balcony was stunning. The kitchen was fully equipped and allowed us to make meals and snacks and the dishwasher came in handy for our large crowd. We would stay here again.

Overall a good villa for large parties.
The villa could do with some tlc. We had no welcome pack not even any toilet paper, which is very poor, for the amount we paid.
The sky subscription ran out during stay, reported but not sorted.
Also the floor of swimming pool very rough, all the children have cuts on their feet.
In the house book of rules, you are asked to keep house clean and tidy, we didn’t even have any kitchen spray and the Dyson in charge in the kitchen was missing the main part, so unable to hoover.
