Everything was excellent it was clean and tidy. great condition with everything you would need

nothing it was just what we needed.

Modern and clean

Access was complicated and the corridors of the block were not kept clean and were a bit smelly.

The apartment offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Clean, well equipped and conveniently located for the city centre.

Central location, but no access to riverside, which was implied in the photo, Pleasant decor

Felt like a basement flat, very little natural light, airless and gloomy, couldn't see anything but rooftops out of high lounge window, had to climb on sofa to open the window. Double room just had high skylight. Eventually found tv remotes down the sofas, along with a used sock! No instructions for tv (we tried for 30 mins but no luck - so had to watch the England v Norway quarter final on my laptop!) No instructions to interpret icons on cooker. Hosts don’t know the area, we were advised that we could park in the street. It was the weekend of the Durham miners gala when thousands flock to Durham. So there was no parking in the streets!! Parking for only one car on site, although there were lots of spaces.
