Good place for short stay. Good location, fast wifi, clean room with good airflow, no noise from the street and they took out the bin and put new toilet paper everyday. All in all value for money. The codes on the doors are easy.
It would be nice to have a kettle, at least in the common area but for this price it is ok to have coffee outside. Also the bed on the shorter side for me as i 1.94 but it was manageable and i had a good sleep eventually.

The location is absolutely perfect and very central, the owner is nice and helpful
I’m used to a hard mattress and these were a little to soft for me.

The room was comfortable. The key code to get in was convenient. The bathroom was clean.
I came from the US and I didn't have a way to charge my phone. A USB plug in the room somewhere would have been very convenient. I wasn't able to buy an outlet converter. I had trouble getting in during my check in. I didn't realize I had to press a *star* between the beginning and end of my code. So I was stuck outside for a while while I tried to call the customer service. I wasn't sure if breakfast was offered here so I never had any at the hotel. A box of tissues would have been very nice as well. I caught a cold during my stay and ended up using the bathroom's toilet paper.

The location of 8 Rooms is great. That's basically the best part of it.
Our room was tiny and was really basic--it had a mini refrigerator in it which was convenient, but the window curtains don't block the light well, and it's not insulated for sound, so we didn't sleep well. Also, each time we used the water (sink, toilet flush, etc.) a machine somewhere behind the wall would make a VERY loud sound. This happened when the neighbors used their water too. Oddly, the artwork pictured in the ad online had been removed from the room, so it looked like it had been robbed. And, on our last day, our flight was cancelled and we were scrambling to find a place to stay and the wifi at 8 Rooms went out which caused a lot of anxiety. So, we might stay here again in a different room if it's quieter and has more reliable wifi, but otherwise I'd pass.
