About this apartment rental
Our building is located only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residence of the late Princess of Wales, whose state apartments may be visited, and currently home to the Dukes of Cambridge.
The apartment itself is awash with light and quietly tucked away to the side of the building, ensuring peace and tranquillity despite the vibrant location.
It offers 75 square metres of contemporary living space and comprises of two double bedrooms, both featuring king size beds ( 150 x 200 ) spacious and bright living room incorporating a sleek fully equipped open plan kitchen, and a modern bathroom.
Other amenities include, lift, superfast fibre WIFI access, fire alarm, concierge, entry phone and CCTV for added security.
Our apartment is located on the vibrant Queensway neighbourhood, only metres away from two underground stations, Queensway and Bayswater, serving the Central and District-Circle Lines of the London Underground system, as well as many bus lines granting access to Piccadilly Circus in under 20 minutes.
With an abundance of amenities literally on the doorstep your will be spoiled for choice.
Restaurants of over 30 nationalities offering the best international cuisine, trendy shops, gyms with daily and weekly membership, chemist, three groceries on our very street ( open until 23:00 even on Sunday ) and to top it all, worldwide known beautiful Hyde Park is only at the end of the street!
Renowned sights such as the "Victoria and Albert Museum" or the "Natural History Museum", as well as the "Royal Albert Hall" can be reached after a short and pleasant stroll/walk through the relaxing settings of Hyde Park, literally down the street.
World famous Portobello Market, the Japanese Gardens in Holland Park, trendy Notting Hill and the abundance of high end boutiques and restaurants of fashionable Westbourne Grove are all within walking distance.
All other London attractions and landmarks are at your fingertips thanks to the proximity to two Underground stations: Queensway and Bayswater, serving the Central and Circle lines respectively and both located 150 metres away from the property.

My wife and I recently stayed here for three weeks, just as we did two years ago. Once again, it was perfect for us. Very comfortable and well furnished flat in a secure building. It is on the 5th floor with elevator. Very quiet. We heard someone playing piano once, but otherwise no noise from the other units. The flat was exceptionally clean and the kitchen and bathroom had been remodeled since our last stay. With two tube stations, grocery stores, a Starbucks, numerous restaurants and a Pret within two minutes from the building entrance, this flat is our favorite in London. The host, Rafael, is always helpful and always a text away.

This was our second stay in this flat! We will be back! The location, the host’s graciousness, the amenities and many many other things rank this flat as probably our favorite property we have stayed in around the world. Thank you again Rafael for your hospitality!

The amenities were great. Well stocked kitchen, clean rooms and bathroom. Beautiful views. Only downside was the four flights of stairs which we didn’t realize when we booked it.

Fantastic location. Not only is the property very close to two tube lines and bus lines, but the street has such a wide diversity of good restaurants, plus walking distance to Kensington Gardens/Palace. Rafael added so many thoughtful amenities, such as umbrellas and plug adapters, but we did not need to use either during our stay. He was also very quick to respond and provided excellent recommendations. Our family of four loved London and enjoyed our stay at the flat.
