About this villa rental
Beautiful villa in style mixing tradition and modernity. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 3 lounges that can accommodate up to 10 people. The villa has a private pool.
The area is close to 3 prestigious golf courses: Royal Golf, Amelkis Golf and Al Maaden Golf

Beautiful villa in style mixing tradition and modernity. It consists of 4 rooms that can accommodate up to 10 people (4 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds). The villa has a private pool.
On the ground floor you will find a Moroccan living room, a modern living room, a TV corner, a fireplace, a dining room and an equipped kitchen. There is a sofa bed on the ground floor and another upstairs.
Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The total area is 600 m²: 370 m² for the villa and 230 m² garden.
Outside, there is a dining area, garden and a private pool (4m x 8m).
We also have a cot (available on request)
There is a security deposit upon arrival.
Here are our rules:
(1) Guests are strictly forbidden. It’s against the law.
(2) Parties/events are not allowed
(3) Loud music is not allowed. Please respect the neighbours
(4) Smoking inside is not allowed.
(5) the house must be clean when you leave
(6) we don’t accept groups of men

Group of 9 (adults and kids) stayed here for the weekend, enjoyed the villa immensely. If you're looking for privacy and place to spend quality time with your family, this is the one for you, the villa has 4 bedrooms, and there is more than enough space in the living rooms for more people to sleep. The villa could easily have more bedrooms. There is a private swimming pool and a garden to realx. I would advise renting a car if you are a large group. The owner can also book airport transfers or taxis to pick you up if you don't want to drive.
The owner and his staff gave us an amazing service.
Overall, the villa is away from the hustle and bustle of the city and one could just relax there and not venture out as it is such a relaxing place to holiday. A cook can prepare your meals and someone can buy groceries for you (small fee to cover fuel and time).
We would definitely come to stay here again if we were coming back to Marrakech. I strongly recommend this villa.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's in a very quiet resort ideal for families. The owner and staff were very helpful. We would stay here again !
