About this villa rental
At the center of the Costa Smeralda mini villa of 50 m² consisting of a double bedroom, bedroom with 2 beds, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and 2 bathrooms, ideal for 4 people max 5. Outdoor area equipped with umbrella, deck chairs, table and chairs. Air conditioning and heat pump. Private parking. Poltu Quatu 300 m if you want a quiet holiday in contact with nature but also a short distance from worldly places are the ideal houses with white sandy beaches and emerald sea.
Within 1.2 km we find the beach of Baia Sardinia equipped with umbrellas, restaurants and snack bars, we recommend spaghetteria pizzeria SOLE E MARE with moderate prices and good food. Ice cream shop, supermarket. A short distance away we find the beach of MUCCHI BIANCHI with rental of sunbeds, umbrellas, snack bar and restaurant LA MEZZA LUNA managed by the kind Mrs. Caterina with an excellent plate of spaghetti in foil. At 3 km the splendid bay of PEVERO with sea similar to a swimming pool. At the port of CALA BITTA about 1.5 km possibility of excursions to the islands of the Maddalena Archipelago with boats. At 1 km we find the characteristic disco 'Ritual' carved into the rock. In Poltu Quatu we recommend the restaurant 'TANIT edited by gent. mo friend Antonio, frequented by show business and sports personalities where you can taste excellent fish at reasonable prices

Lovely little, rustic villa near Baya Sardinia.Ideal for 2/3 people. Personally I think 4 adults would be a squash. It is notot suitable for people with mobility issues due to lots of steps.The house was very clean and the beds comfy. The kitchenette is small but well equipped with all the basics for simple meal prep, with gas hob and mini oven.Inside living area is small but this was not an issue as most of our time was spent outdoors. Aircon in living area. Showers were good although water gets very hot, so take care! Washing machine was a bonus and Paola provide a change of ( good quality )towels and sheets after our first week.Hosts were lovely, very discreet but helpful. There house is next door and there is a second cottage, though it still felt private. Car is essential nearest amenities (restaurants, supermarket etc)are 5 mins drive.Beautiful location with lovely views and lovely beaches nearby.Sardinia is gorgeous!!Highly recommended. l
