About this house rental
Minutes from the pristine ocean beaches by car or bike, local farm stands and charming village shops. This light-filled home offers the ideal blend of comfort, privacy and classic coastal style. Five minutes from the train station, located between the villages of Amagansett and East Hampton (2 minute drive in either direction). Fringe Available May 1st - November 15th. 2 night minimum May-June & Sept.-Nov. Cape Cod. The house contains 4 bedrooms (Bedroom #1 master with en suite and a walk-in closet, #2 full size bunkbed with a twin on top, #3 full size bed, #4 twin bed/desk, 2 1/2 baths, open living/kitchen/dining, stone fireplace, and a mud room. Step outside to enjoy a beautifully landscaped yard. This can be accomplished while being seated on the back enjoying a meal at the table for 6 or lounging on the couches by the fire pit under the stars. Step down to the lower grilling patio (perfect for summer BBQ's), rinse the sand off in the large outdoor shower, or head out further to the heated pool.

Lovely, well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood within easy reach of the town of East Hampton. It truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked and the dining/ living room area was so comfortable to relax in. We were able to lounge around the gorgeous pool and gardens when we were recharging between our daughter’s various wedding events throughout the weekend. The pool sparkled and was heated! We enjoyed some fun ping pong matches in the basement too. Everyone said their beds and linens provided for restful sleep. The home was so clean and obviously felt loved. Our host was exceptionally responsive and we had the ultimate pleasure of meeting her and her husband and learning some history of the home and their life in East Hampton. It was a restful retreat to come home to after exploring the area and to catch our breath during a very busy weekend.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here. The home was clean upon arrival and even felt a bit nicer than the listing pictures. The backyard is of course a huge plus with a great deck to hangout on and the pool which I wish we used more. We didn’t need to ask Julie for anything once we got there, but she was great through all the communication we did have. She clearly tries to stock the home with anything guests may need, it seems like it would be an especially great option for families. Nice quiet neighborhood as well!
