About this house rental
This new 2 bedroom villa is set in the foothills of the Taurus Mountains above the sophisticated resort town of Kalkan. Located only 5 minutes drive from the centre, this villa must have some of the best views of Kalkan Bay around. The accomodation comprises of one double and one twin bedroom, both opening onto the pool terrace and with immaculate en-suite bathrooms. The double bedroom also has a beautiful outsize jacuzzi for our guests to enjoy. The beautiful generously sized infinity pool is 9 x 4 metres in dimensions and 1.55 metres deep. It is completely secluded from outwith the villa , making this an ideal choice for those guests desiring a high degree of privacy, for religious orother reasons. The pool terrace is equipped with sunloungers, swing and alfresco dining area, all from which the breathtaking panorama can be enjoyed. There is nearby parking and wifi internet. Due to the steepness of the hillside guests staying here may prefer to rent a vehicle or use the reasonably priced taxi service.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 3500 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .

Die Villa ist Fantastisch, der Ausblick ist Herrlich, der Infiniti Pool ist schön tief und zum schwimmen von Bahnen geignet.
DIe Villa hat alles was man benötigt, jedoch sehr knapp bemessen was das Geschirr angeht. Die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft war gut. Jedoch mussten wir die Bettwäsche Waschen da dort magische Weiße Flecken in der Mitte waren... Der Wirthpool wollten wir benutzen, jedoch hat sich nach inbetriebnahme festgestellt das dieser vor beginn nicht gereinigt wurde und dort nach Aktivierung der Massageanlage ganz viel Dreck und Haare aus den Düsen kamen. Wir haben diesen dann selber gereinigt und anschließend war alles Perfekt.
Über andere Bewertungen, wie schreiende Hühner oder Bellende Hunde konnten wir gar nichts wahrnehmen, rundum ruhig und Perfekt.
Der Hausmeister kam immer morgens um 07:00 Uhr und hat den Pool und den Grill gereinigt, dieser war jedoch soooo Leise das niemand von uns ihn bemerkt hat, bis auf einen Tag wo ihn ein Eimer aus der Hand gefallen ist :-).
Bei Fragen oder Mängeln steht der Hausverwalter per Whatsapp zur Verfügung und hat alle Sachen innerhalb von einer Stunde geregt, TOLLER SERVICE!
Rundum ein Perfekter Urlaub mit einen Perfekten Haus, gerne wieder!

Positiv:
Wunderschöner Blick
Sauberer Pool
(wird täglich um 7h gereinigt)
Schönes , großes Schlafzimmer mit Whirlpool,Bad und Ankleidebereich.
(Sogar vom WC und der Dusche aus einem traumhaften Blick nach draußen)
Der „Hausmeister“ war sehr nett, jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich um die Defizite schnell gekümmert.
Auch hat er einen zusätzlichen Schichtschutz angebaut, da sonst das Nachbarshaus von dem Balkon aus, auf den Pool schauen könnte
Negativ:
Nicht 100% privat, bestimmte Bereiche der Terrasse einsehbar
Die Straße (nicht weit entfernt) ist von der Schaukelarea und auch vom Poolrand zu sehen und auch zu hören,also nicht so abgelegen wie man erwartet
Villa ist tiefer, als auf Bildern erscheint
Es gibt noch viele Häuser höher gelegen
Nachbarn haben Hühner,die gerne über den Tag verteil Krähen und nachts hat man dann Hundegebelle
Bügeleisen verbrannt
Kein Waschmittel/Spülmaschinentabs ,Toilettenpapier im Haus vorhanden, muss man selber kaufen
Kühlschrank kühlte anfangs nicht richtig ,Wasserhahn Küche nur ganz heisses Wasser
Whirlpoolwasser hat beim 2ten mal einlassen,unangenehm gerochen

My first trip to Turkey, we were desperate for some R&R and this was the perfect place for it. The villa was beautifully appointed, comfortable bed and the swimming pool was gorgeous with incredible views of Kalkan bay, but was completely private. Aircon was a godsend for the warm nights! The view means you are up high on a steep dirt road and a bit out of town, but only a short and cheap (20TL) taxi ride away. Christine was very helpful and very responsive to messages, and organised our airport transfers and also recommended Ramazan, our taxi driver who looked after us for our whole trip, running us to and from town. Kalkan is a lovely place with great little shops and you are spoilt for choice for good restaurants and bars. We also went on a day trip on a boat around kalkan bay, swimming off the boat in the lovely warm sea and had the best day of our holiday. Thoroughly recommended!
