Lake Forest Shoreview Condo is a beautiful ground-level 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that’s a fantastic choice for families and groups up to six. The living area boasts lots of natural light from large windows looking out to the lake and surrounding mountains. There’s plenty of seating to enjoy the view, as well as the large flat-screen TV, Roku, and gas fireplace. Just off the living area, there’s a large porch for relaxing outside. The chef in your group will enjoy the full kitchen with everything needed to whip up great high-country meals, and there’s a dining table that seats four and room for two more at the counter. The Lake Forest complex also features community outdoor hot tubs and gas BBQ grills overlooking the lake. Other amenities include 1 private garage space and 1 outdoor space for a total of 2 parking spaces, a washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. We stayed as a group of four for a ski weekend. We skied Vail and this was a great homebase for day trips each day. Downtown Frisco is super close and everything is right at your fingertips. Hot tub is a short walk away from the unit and there are 3 hot tubs all outdoors with a pavilion type cover. Space in the unit was comfy and close, but definitely good for a group of four. Very seamless experience and I would definitely stay here again. 100/100!

A ski condo that says sleeps 6 and actually sleeps 6 comfortably! Great view of Lake Dillon and Mt. Guyot and Baldy beyond. Minor issues with wifi access and hot tub code but the folks at Summit Mountain rentals quickly resolved them.

Great accommodation's, would definitely would stay here again. Unit was in a great location for all of the surrounding Ski resorts and the quaint little town of Frisco. The Unit itself was clean and accommodated a family of 4, with two teenaged sons. The kitchen was a little small, room for only 1 person at a time, and had to use the plunger a few times in the guest bathroom toilet. The roadways within the complex could use a better job with plowing the snow and walkways. The property management staff was friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Overall, a very wonderful stay.

Very nice condo. Great view. Comfortable beds. Good (small) kitchen with decent plates, utensils, pans, supplies, etc. TV’s worked, no issues. Nice living room with great view of Dillon Reservoir. Small balcony / walkout patio, also with great views of the lake. Heat worked well; didn’t need AC ( no AC anyway). Some dresser drawers are fading. The toilets are small (American Standard Cadets, not elongated).Bottom line , we had a very nice 3-day stay. Location is convenient to Frisco and its Marina. Dillon is maybe 4 miles away; Breckenridge, an 8-mile drive. Lots of restaurants in Breckenridge.

Stayed in this Condo for 2 weeks and enjoyed our time there very much. The location is good for skiing and many other activities. The condo is well equipped, the beds and the furniture are comfortable. Summit Mountain Rentals are easy to communicate with and responsive.

We arrived in Frisco and had to go to the office 5 minutes away to pick up keys. This is very annoying after a long day of travel, especially because the office is difficult to find. Arrived at the condo and immediately noticed food splattered all over the trash can, a door knob broken, and almost all of the outlets didn’t work, making it difficult to change phones. We later discover that the knob on the washing machine was also broken making it difficult to use. The final kicker was when we went to leave. We were instructed to return the keys back to the office. The instructions said to leave the keys where we got them. However, I no longer had the code to the lockbox as it wasn’t in the instructions. I called to see what they wanted me to do with the keys. A lady answered the phone and was extremely rude and very annoyed by my call. She told me to put the keys in a different dropbox (this was not in the instructions). PLEASE get a keyless entry and fix the outlets!!

Great place to stay, the unit itself has everything one could need for a stay of a few days. The location is very close to downtown Frisco and multiple ski resorts while still being a little secluded. They have thought of everything in amenities, including having crutches in the event someone has a ski incident.

Fantastic view!
This property was perfect! Everything was in great condition, and we had plenary of room for our four adults. Good beds and lots of hot water, carries a lot of weight on ski days. I would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay for first timers
We loved everything regarding our stay & area. Our only hiccup was not receiving the code to check in & with barely any internet it was difficult getting a hold somebody due to the internet in town .

The cozy condo has a stunning view of Dillon Lake and mountains. The kitchen is well equipped with an abundance of spices. Beds and couches were comfortable and the fireplace puts out plenty of heat and a delightful addition. On sunny days, the patio is another space to spend time. WiFi is sufficient and the condo location is between Frisco and Dillon and close to 1-70. Even though it’s on the first floor, they’re are two sets of stairs to get to unit. A shout out to Dave Wilcox, the general manager who handled a challenging situation with finesse and expertise. Summit Mountain Rental is committed customer Service. I highly recommend the condo and rental company.
