Located in Toccoa, this charming condo for $110 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Come enjoy all that the wilderness has to offer! As you pull up to the driveway you will feel right at home! There are several horse, hiking, & bike tails near by. You are just minutes from swimming, boating, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, hunting, kayaking and horse back riding. Over 5.000 acres of National Forestry awaits you with just a short distance into the woods. You are one mile from Camp Mikell Conference Center, approximately 3 miles from Georgia Baptist Conference Center, & Toccoa Falls is a 5 minute drive away (this water falls is a must see)! Weather you are looking for a peaceful retreat or adventurous outdoor experience, this is the place you want to visit! If you are into photography the least little bit, get ready to be blown away with natural beauty all around! At night you can sit outside and listen to the crickets and whippoorwills make the most beautiful, tranquil sounds! Once you discover Boyd Family Farms you will not want to leave! Included in rental price fresh linens, coffee maker, WiFi, television If you are traveling an just need a place to rest this is the perfect place to be! This place is a must see if you are ever in or near Toccoa Ga. Outside of the apartment is a shared space. We do stop by daily to feed animals or to use the property. Guests are never disturbed! Also we have a camera that records the outside/driveway. No pets allowed in apartment. Additional pet cleaning fee of $250 will be charged. Outside space is shared. The apartment is all you are renting. You may see us and other family from time to time as we use the land for storage and live near by.

I had to message and call multiple times before I received a code to lock the door when I left the unit. (The door was unlocked when I arrived) We left after 2 of 3 nights because the AC unit dripped inside the unit and we couldn’t sleep. Asked for refund and she said she would get back to me. I have followed up for 5 days and… silence! Very annoying. Otherwise cute place, very small. One sink for kitchen & bath, which I didn’t love.

We wanted a quiet, peaceful weekend away in Northern Georgia and this cozy, rustic space gave us just that! The renovated barn was very clean and perfectly decorated. The property is far away enough from town that you get to unwind in a very quiet and secluded setting. The cabin came with all the amenities we needed to fully enjoy our stay. The checkout instructions did not match what was inside the apartment but we just did what we would have normally done at any other rental. If we ever come back this way again we will definitely try to snag this wonderful north Georgia spot!

We wanted a quiet, peaceful weekend away in Northern Georgia and this cozy, rustic space gave us just that! The renovated barn was very clean and perfectly decorated. The property is far away enough from town that you get to unwind in a very quiet and secluded setting. The cabin came with all the amenities we needed to fully enjoy our stay. Had everything you need for short stay. Bed was comfortable with fan overhead. High ceiling made the room feel spacious. Good lighting is inside and out when getting back late. Would stay again.

Wonderful Experience
This little get-away was amazing! Clean, well decorated, SO quiet and private and peaceful. Just lovely. We never saw a soul or heard any noises other than nature's. I was amazed. Whenever travel or just stress suggests returning to the area, I will absolutely try to stay here again.

We never received any check out instructions so we just went off of what we typically do. This is a cosy little space within a beautifully constructed and now vacant barn. Minimal but appropriate gear for cooking--microwave, electric skillet, fridge. Was a little confused about location when I first arrived--there were two very large RVs parked on lawn in front of the accommodation. When I realized it was in the barn, I easily entered, using code I was provided. Proximity to Toccoa Falls a plus--about 12 minute drive, and gorgeous.

This was exactly what I needed and was looking for! What a quiet and beautiful experience! The amenities were fabulous, the bed slept great, and waking up to enjoying coffee on the patio set in the quiet outside was icing on the cake. 10/10 will stay again

Lovely little place
My husband and I really enjoyed our overnight stay! The setting was so peaceful and quiet. The apartment had everything we needed and I appreciated the little extra touches, like the tic tac toe board and Connect 4 game. Wish we could have stayed longer!
