Located in Toccoa, this attractive house for $158 per night is a great choice for your next break. Country living close in to historic downtown Toccoa, Georgia. Please see our sister listing, the Toccoa Guesthouse for additional information and availability. In Town Country has been our primary residence, but is now being offered for short term rental beginning June 1st. The two listings are available separately, or can both be booked to meet your needs. In Town Country is the main home fronting on East Tugalo Street. Toccoa Guesthouse adjoins it to the rear. The two homes share a covered breezeway. You’ll enjoy your privacy, yet have convenient access to all that historic downtown Toccoa and Stephens County have to offer.

In town for granddaughter's wedding and needed a roomy place for myself, my wife and our daughter, son in law, and 6 yr old and 3 yr old grandsons! And this was the perfect place! Plenty of room for all of us, bedrooms were big and 2 full baths as well. The kitchen was large and very nice, breakfast nook off it as well as large dining room table. Grandson's used it to build their Legos on! The house was in the perfect location for our wedding events, as well as the town itself. Well maintained inside and out as well as the surrounding houses. Plenty of room in the parking area as well. The owners kept me informed as our stay approached, and our reservations went very smooth. I would highly recommend this house if your staying in the Toccoa area!
