About this house rental
Nestled in Toccoa, this attractive house for $124 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Come relax in a comfortable home in a small GA town that still believes in quaint stores, friendly service & good food. Dogs are welcome for an additional pet fee (details below). Toccoa hosts free country/jazz/rock bands downtown every Saturday night during certain summer months. Winter may drop a couple inches of snow and summer brings plenty of sunshine. We are 30 miles from Helen which is a stunning German themed town. Keep driving and you will be deep in the mountains within minutes. Toccoa falls is 5 mins away, Tallulah gorge 17 miles and within 30 miles in almost any direction, you are in the mountains. Bikers are welcome to bring their bikes and enjoy the curvy mountain rides! There is a burn barrel should you want a relaxing evening fire with outdoor furniture and folding chairs available in the shed for your use. There is a gas BBQ grill in the shed. (If you prefer a charcoal fire, there is a small charcoal grill on the front porch). There are Roku TV's in every room with regular TV service (make sure to take your sign in information if you subscribe to any specific platforms such as Netflix or Prime). There is video surveillance on the property which you can utilize to keep an eye on your dogs while away by contacting the host for access. There is free Wi-Fi available that is able to handle any devices you wish to bring. There is a double carport for covered parking. Parking for a camper or trailer is also available. There is a $50 pet fee per dog which can be added by clicking edit the number of guests once you are on the booking page. If you have more than one dog, the fee is $50 per dog payable directly to the owner. Please contact owner for details and approval if you have multiple dogs.

As already said, this is a fantastic little place. We really enjoyed our time and we would give it high marks to anyone who might be asking. Our host answered questions in a timely manner and he was very helpful. No complaints at all.

From start to finish this rental was great!! Hardy provides a great, well stocked home with extra amenities like breakfast foods that are provided just for you. The home is clean and well kept up. And the owner stays in touch and is available if anything is needed. Was perfect for our small family Thanksgiving celebration. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!!!

I needed some quiet time to myself, and to stay near where my daughter was at Camp Mikell. This house could have housed two couples and two kids comfortably. The host was generous with access to cooking supplies, bread, eggs, and milk. The bed was comfy. Access to Roku on TV was nice. If you've never been to Toccoa, cell phone coverage is spotty in the area, so make sure to GPS before you walk out the door. I would recommend this host and this location to a friend. Enjoy!

We were there for a wedding and it was a great spot in Toccoa. Hardy was very thorough in his instructions and was there to answer any questions. House was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay and more. Will definitely stay there again in our next visit to Toccoa!

I can not state enough how wonderful this property was. The owner communicated with us from the time we made the reservation until we checked out. He had everything clearly labeled, and included a lot of extra information about the area. He had thought of everything we could have needed during our stay, including breakfast items, pantry staples, and extra toiletries in case we had forgotten anything. We had our dogs with us and they could not believe they got to play in the huge fenced-in yard. They live in the city, so this was quite a treat. We were in town to visit family, and the house was only about ten minutes from my in-laws. We can't wait to come back next year and stay in the house once again!

The home owner keeps a lovely and functional 3 bedroom home! He was terrific at communicating, and completely helpful.
We cooked several meals at the house and the kitchen is fully stocked. We appreciated having kitchen supplies so if we forgot bread or spices, etc, we were set. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were, including me, and I'm super picky about beds! Great for a small family or a couples get-away!

Description and pictures of this property do it justice. Exactly what we expected. Home away from home in a nice quiet area. Fenced in yard was a plus for my dog so she could get some much needed exercise after a 6 hour trip to burn off some energy. Very clean and well stocked with eating/ cooking supplies and food. Property owner, Hardy kept in touch and was a text or phone call away if we needed him. If we ever come this way again, we will definitely be inquiring on the property again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This house was the perfect place for us to stay for our son’s wedding! The owner was very pleasant and easy to communicate and work with. The property was very clean and comfortable, and the owner provided pretty much everything we could need!

We chose the accommodations for the proximity to lake Toccoa events facility. My son’s wedding was held at this facility. The location was perfect for me to run back and forth for set up and getting ready for the wedding. Hardy was so kind and helpful. The house was perfect for our needs.

Such a beautiful property. Hardy really went out of his way to give us a perfect stay. Our group was amazed by the breakfast and food available to us during the stay. We used the home to prepare for my Wedding at Toccoa Falls- which was not even a 5 minute drive. I am incredibly grateful for the hospitality and a great nights sleep the nights before my wedding!

We loved our stay at Hardy’s place in Toccoa. We came into town for my sisters wedding and unknowingly booked this house, which was 600ft from the reception venue! We've stayed at this location twice now, and probably will again! The place is clean, the accommodations are just what we need and the area is beautiful as well. The owner couldn't be nicer! We appreciate how much he does to make his guests feel comfortable.

This is an Awesome Place
My family has stayed at a lot of VRBO's in the past but there is no comparison to this one. Hardy was so attentive, responsive to any of our questions, and the home itself fit our every need. I've never had one so well stocked with everything we needed and more. An added perk was how centrally located it was to everything in Toccoa, but secluded enough to give you peace & quite. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Toccoa area in the future.

Excellent location for any event at the Toccoa waterfall. An older home that’s been modernized with all the appliances & upgraded shower area. Quiet with good separation from neighboring homes. Pet friendly was a big positive since our Yorkie is a beloved member of the family. 😁
