If you love the outdoors you will love this property. It is a boaters and fishers dream come true!! A 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home sitting on 1.6 acres of beautiful and prime Sweeting's Cay Property, over looking surrounding cays, mangroves and sand banks. the main house is 1500 square feet, not including a 380 square foot closed in porch. This well constructed home comes fully furnished, with washer, dryer, A/C and fresh water through.
