amazing, loved every moment while we were there!

the property was amazing the food was even better the view from your room is hard to beat. I was recommended to come here by my aunt who stayed here with her family,and I as well would absolutely recommend this place on your visit to Tumbes. we were the only guests at the property just like my aunt and her family were, if you want A nice stay and to not be disturbed by other guests this is the place!!! there are also small tide pool areas right behind the hotel at low tide which was fun to go check it out. theres also a place to go swim with sea turtles just down the road that you can sign ip for with local tourist guides.

that we didn’t stay there longer.

Perfect gateway to relax at the beach

The property is in a perfect location in Punta Sal. is right next to the beach, it has a big pool and very clean and comfortable rooms :). The best about the property is the staff, thanks a lot Percy and Ruth for making us feel like at home. I definitely look forward to come back

A little hidden gem.

My kids and I had a wonderful 5 days at this ocean side property. The staff were ALL incredible. The people from Punta Sal are kind, generous and honest. We ordered most of our meals from the restaurant and were happy with the quality of the food and the presentation. We had the option to take our meals either in our balcony or the dining areas they have set up throughout the property. I had my coffee brought up to me early in the morning before my run, then had breakfast later with the kids. I cannot say enough what a wonderful experience we had. It is a small place, which is exactly what we were looing for. You will be glad you chose this hotel. Thank you to Sr. Percy, Rosemary, Carolina and Miguel Angel and the rest of the staff. You were all so kind and generous. I hope the owners know how great their staff is. We will surely be back.

Relax

El Samay Hotel is exceptional, Percy and his team are great, very attentive to everyone one. My wife and I are happy that we stayed there.

It's ideal to be with family

A very quiet, tidy and nice place. Easy and direct access to the beach. Very helpful staff, they even gave us some courtesy drinks. A highly recommended option.

Relaxing and unforgettable

The property is relatively small, which makes it calmer and more intimate, the service (cleaning, meals...) is really good, Percy (the head of service) is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean as well as the nice beach right in front of it. The food is good (although limited)

The only problem would be the limited food menu but there’s a restaurant right next to the place.

Great place to relax, amazing staff and nice beach !

Beautiful property with spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The staff was very kind and always there to make the best of our stay. Nice breakfast with different options. Small pool but clean. The beach is nice! There are not a lot stuff nearby and to eat you need to walk a bit with few options or have a delivery. We had food delivery managed by the hotel which was fine. The WiFi only works in certain spots of the property and not in bedrooms which at the end is a good way to disconnect. If you are a looking for a quiet place to relax, this is the place to go! Thank you for everything and a special thanks to Percy !

Maybe have an option for making drinks and have food but it is something that they are working on :)

Good

The beach very close and no people. Clean and big room. Serviceminded staff.

Very poor wi-fi. Only Spanish is valid, staff without knowledge in English.

Exceptional

Everything was amazing. Loved how calm the surroundings are. Great beach. Staff was super friendly always trying to help. Property is still pretty new, the room was bigger than expected and the small terrace is a great place to sit down and watch the sunset.
