We are an elderly couple and my wife is on a wheelchair. We find the facilities meet our expectations. The room is clean, comfortable, and well lit. Breakfast is well designed and has plenty of variety. Various places in the hotel are wheelchair accessible. There are parking spots for the disable near the entrance. Staff are polite, friendly, helpful, and well trained. I felt ill in the middle of the night and asked the front desk staff to recommend a good hospital. He was most helpful, even offered to call an ambulance for me. Fortunately I was still in good enough condition to drive 8 k to the hospital. He even called me while I was at the hospital to check if I was ok. What a wonderful and reassuring feeling! What an outstanding staff! I felt better after taking the medication and was able to carry on as normal the next day.
The shower room is a bit small. My wife needs to sit on a chair during a shower, for which the hotel kindly provided. I needed to lift her and place her on the chair. The room is a bit cramped, but somehow we managed! It would be a good idea to modify a few rooms for a disabled person. For example just removing the glass walls of the shower room and replacing with a curtain would be a big help! (No curtain is also ok).

We’ve stayed at this property before within the last couple months, it was very good. The breakfast was included. The food was fine. Everything was great. That’s why we booked again.
The breakfast went downhill and it wasn’t worth a fraction of the 700 baht additional.
