I absolutely loved my time at Charms Hotel, the staff are amazing, you couldn’t ask for a better group of people to service the hotel and take care of your needs. They go above & beyond.
The property is a little dated which the photos don’t truly depict, but it’s still a great place to stay and I would never hesitate going back. It would be nice to have a chair in the room though, something sturdy to sit on if you want to work on your computer or read or whatever. I had their King Suite which was quite spacious and was surprised that it didn’t have a chair in the room. The only other thing was that some breakfast options seemed to be consistantly unavailable, but they will let you put a combination of items together from what they have and it was always a good sufficient breakfast.

Great having breakfast included. Staff were friendly and everything is clean. It’s on the edge of town and quiet but it’s still easy to walk to everything. The pool is great at the end of the day. They arranged laundry for us for a good price.
It is quite dated. Both our window catches were broken.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was exactly as described. Large comfy bed with a powerful walk in shower. Balcony overlooking the pool.
The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely stay here again
For some maybe the distance away from the town might be a problem but it was only a 5 minute ride away

The staff here are lovely, go above and beyond. Had arrival drinks which was a nice touch, they sorted out the tour, laundry, trikes to Coron Town Proper and transportation to and from the airport. The pool is nice when it’s a really hot day. They give complimentary breakfast which is also a nice touch, however not many vegetarian options.
Our bathroom window was open when we arrived, the handle was broken so we couldn’t shut it from the inside.
