Size and location were excellent. Great kitchen facilities and comfy lounge area was perfect.
The upstairs toilet seat had a crack in it and was pinching cheeks.😵
The electricity oven hot water kettles etc went off over night and did not kick in until after 8 am which was a pain as we needed to get an early start on some baking for a competition.
The internet kept dropping out which was also annoying

the place was great and so close to woolworths, Coles and there was a veggie shop and butcher on the joining road which was great.
the building was very well kept and had heaps of accessories. aircon worked great.
Would be nice if it had a BBQ, perhaps my only issue (and not a big issue really).
